Middle aged brunette woman at counter went out of her way to be rude rush me give me no information while being aggressive, ripping money and box from my hands as if there was a line. Shame on these offices hiring bitter employees.

I will drive to the post office in Northborough rather than setting foot in Westborough post office. Staff is unfriendly, rude, and, one in particular, appears to truly hate his job and every customer he must deal with.

This is terrible post office i have never seen before. All current front desk employee should be fired since they had bad attitude, discrimination language. This is only place you feel no warm, no friendly place in small town.
