Very professional outfit. Great communication. The lead installer Mike frequently checked in with me asking what questions I had. When I noticed an non-obvious oversight they corrected it on the spot without hesitation. It's not heating season yet so if I have any issues once I actually need to use my new propane furnace I will revise. But the installation process was well done. Shout outs to the guys that did the hard work. Jeff, Nick, Mike G, Brandon, & Brady. A good crew indeed.

We could not have been happier that Jessie came to work on our Mitsubishi units!! We had two different issues and she solved all our problems quickly, efficiently, and was very pleasant and polite!! Our systems were 11 years old! She answered all our questions succinctly and clearly so that we know an easy path to follow to avoid such difficulties!! Hats off to Western Mass Heating to have the foresight to have such a valuable employee on staff! Because of her, we won't hesitate to call in the future or to follow up with regular maintenance work. Thank you, Jessie!!

We were pleasantly surprised when the office called to tell us they had availability to come service and clean our minisplits earlier than our scheduled appointment. The team that came: Jessie, Greg and Kevar, were very professional, efficient, and most of all, knowledgeable about our 10 year old systems. We were very pleased with our service today, and highly recommend this company, and these individuals that were wonderful to work with.

We had a great experience with WMHAC installing our two mini-splits on Tuesday, June 18. It was to become the one of the hottest day of the extended heat wave. The installation team (Jeff, Nick, Mike, Jack) arrived promptly at 7:00 am and the mini-splits were pumping cold air by noontime !! Their team work was exceptional and something to be admired.

Western Mass Heating, Cooling and Plumbing replaced the AC system at our home. The crew, Jeff, Mike, Nick and Jakob, did a fantastic job. They were on site on schedule and work straight through until the job was done. I did not believe they could get it done in one day; but they were finished before the work day was over, everything cleaned up and packed away. The system works well and we're happy in our nice cool house. I am completely satisfied with new system and the employees of WMHCP.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FROM START TO FINISH!!!
Thanks to Scott, Lauren and Jeff for hanging in there to problem solve the design for replacing my old oil furnace and AC with a Trane heat pump.
Jeff, Brendan, Mike, Jakob and Isaiah did a fabulous job on configuring the installation.
Just in time cooling for this 90 plus degree heat and running beautifully.

Western Mass Heating Cooling & Plumbing converted our house from an oil/boiler system to a ductless heat pump system. It was a big project that also required coordination with an electrician. Early on, when I was getting quotes from multiple vendors, all the other companies said "You'll have to find an electrician for that part." But Lauren from WMHCP was the only one who said "I'll call my electrician right now and have him get in touch you." Such a small thing, but I appreciated it so much, how he took the initiative rather than putting it back on me. It turned out to be illustrative of the professionalism of the whole team: they explained every step of the process, showed up on time every day, worked hard, and the results were great. A pleasure to work with Lauren, Heather, Jeff, Jordan, Mike, Jack, and Jakob - highly recommended!

I do not recommend this company,they installed a water softener and damaged one of the water lines during install.That damage Caused over $40k dollars in damages s that the owner has refused to cover.beware when dealing with them.I will happily provide proof and details as well as the company’s agreed settlement

I’ve now finished two projects with WMHAC and both projects (whole house heat pump heating) have been completed without any problems. Their team was a pleasure to work with and all coordinating was seamless. Not only was the price competitive but Lauren Harris ( project manager) was able to not only downsize the original design and save us a couple thousand dollars but he found and passed on an additional $2,000 in previously unknown rebates! A total win. I will continue to work with them and won’t hesitate to always recommend them to other contractors and homeowners.

Western MASS Heating, Cooling & Plumbing Inc helped me figure out the best solution for taking out an old steam radiator and adding two minisplits for heating and cooling. They were very responsive, answered all my questions, and gave me a very fair price. The install went very smoothly and I'd recommend them without hesitation.
