Working with Melanie Roofe as my personal fitness trainer is the best thing I've done for myself in a long time. I don't like gyms and I don't like exercising, but the doctor said... start exercising! So, I found Melanie, an in home certified fitness trainer who actually made working out fun. We laugh, I sweat and I'm actually losing some weight while I get stronger. I'm a weekend gardener, but before starting with Melanie, working in my garden for half an hour wiped me out completely. Today I was in the garden, weeding, planting and mulching for over 4 hours and I still feel great!
