Staff completely had no clue what they are doing. Stood waiting for a receipt for 25 minutes. Then customers started to like up and when no one came to the register they left. Absolutely disgraceful!!

Pharmacy is terrible. Paid 7.99 to have prescription delivered by 5pm that day. Called them and was told it wasn't picked up yet, probably tomorrow. Or you have to use door dash. It should be free. Just wasted 8 bucks for nothing. ????. I called pharmacy again today to make sure they would deliver meds.. was told it would take 2-3 days. I paid 7.99 for deliver the same day by 5pm. What a joke. Will definitely never use Walgreens again.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 3+ years and every year it has managed to get more horrible \\u0026incompetent. There are a few girls that are super sweet \\u0026helpful but I don't know if it's because there's a new pharmacist every week or what but it's always an issue one way or another. You can't just bring a prescription in and get it filled and be on your way. So frustrating

I like a few people that work here they are nice but having said that i have had nothing but issues once they couldnt find my prescription and said the pharmacist took my script home.Absolutely not ok.They are understaffed and clearly not trained correctly

Pharmacy is incompetent and other locations will say that about this location. Called saying a prescription was ready, arrived and it wasn't. They couldn't even find it for 10 minutes. Sent me to a different location. The other location that was able to confirm the prescription was supposed to be filled at this location and they just had to fill it. At least the other location was willing to fill it for me ?

They are supposed to contact you when Federal Express drop something off I just got a text today and they said it ain't there the text was from 12/31 of last year you do the math I talked to the manager and she said it's the customers problem when asked what the problem was I talked to FedEx they said they're supposed to contact the customer when it comes in again I got the text today from them not when it was there now I'm chasing my package around I've also been overcharged on a handful of occasions check your receipts when you shop in that store

After ordering a few different times for a Xmas party for the kids at my church I forgot one print and when I summited the order the picture was not supposed to be ready until Sunday night but I need it today to finish my Xmas cards I call Walgreens on main st Haverhill and ask to please print it for me and I got my picture in les than an hour thumbs up thank you Walgreens and the associate that helped me you save the day!

Pharmacy knows ABSOLUTELY NOTHING when they fill your prescriptions and know even less when it comes to your insurance!!!!!!!!!!

Usually I have great, positive experiences here at this location, and though they get my meds right all the time which is HUGE, I've noticed their hours are becoming quite the issue for my family & I, specifically how early they close Sunday through Saturday each week. It caused a huge problem when we rushed all the way here from Tewksbury, and arriving in line behind 1 car at exactly 6pm on Saturday night and instead of helping us or at the very least speaking to us that they couldn't help us as it was closing time, she looked at us, shut her speaker of, put sign up and walked away. How rude.
