“I brought my kitten here after he developed some kind of viral infection. I had been recommended this office by a friend. The whole experience was wonderful. The staff who answered the phone answered all my questions, and found me an appointment that same day (even though we hadn't been a patient there before). There was an issue with getting previous records from the last office we saw and the receptionist went above and beyond and called and helped get the needed forms for me. The tech that welcomed us was so kind, and even taught me how to put eye drops in (which I had never done before). She listened to everything I had to say, and made me feel like she really cared. The vet herself was very informative, and talked me through each option and test. The team came up with a medical plan for me to review before treatments and testing, so I could be comfortable with the costs. Everyone there was so kind and sweet to my shy kitten. He was very anxious going in, after having had bad experiences at a different clinic in the past, but they were so gentle and caring that by the end of his appointment he was just curiously strolling around the room, and didn't want to get back in his carrier. I would absolutely recommend.”
“No complaints from us. I've used them for grooming, vet care and boarding actually for a few years now. All the doctors I've interacted with have been great. When I had to put one of my dogs down Dr. Liebert was very helpful. They've now been taking care of my Bernese. She just got spayed and some other procedures again no issues.”

“We had a wonderful experience at Bulger today with Dr. Canes in the ER. She was warm, kind, and compassionate and really took the time to make sure my dog was ok.
We also see Dr. Prahl who provides excellent internal medicine care. I appreciate that she coordinates care with our regular vet. I feel like we have the greatest veterinary team. Several years I was so impressed with how her team went out of their way to coordinate an endoscopy with a dental (general medicine) to keep my dog from needing anesthesia during multiple visits.
We also had a great experience with Dr. Casiotis in ophthalmology.
Each veterinarian at this practice is highly qualified and treats pets with the utmost care.”
“Went to two other vets recently, and I wasn't impressed. Luckily, Putnam helped my little guy fully, and I'm very thankful : ) Only request is to be a little quieter bc pets are scared, other than that, I would go back for sure. : )”

River Road has had changes in staff/ownership over the years, but they always provided our pet with the best services/advice. “Mistake was made on recent appointment, they took care of us right away. During cash I was cut in line by a woman dropping off a fecal sample…ok…no not a big deal. Well this woman goes off on the counter person and threw the poop at her!!!! Counter person remained calm and professional. I yelled at lady outside. I’ll go to these guys forever”
