The Haverhill store is where I usually go - never again for anything except gas. Went in this store for the 2nd time in a week today. Busy the first time, but very busy this a.m. - as you would expect on a Saturday. 1 checkout register both times. Today, the front of the store was full of full carriages abandoned (mine included.) by customers who refused to wait so long. Management at this store is an absolute disgrace.

Kendry is one of people you really have to meet. best experience I've ever had. he's chill and mainly relaxed when it comes down to customer service.he's never stressed, he's on point with all the promotions and he's probably the best person to deal with. i'd give him 100 instead of a 10. that's how awesome he is. go see kendry jimenez!

Previously Diamond wireless of Salem, NH. Thank you Angel CrusAdonis for scamming me into a contract for $759.99. There is no way that was part of the discussion when I stopped by the BJ's in Salem NH to upgrade from Iphone 6 to Iphone 7! Well done A Wireless and Diamond Wireless, you really know how to treat your loyal customers!
