Really amazed by the help, support and understanding from both Sara and Debbie. Great experience with the application process for now. The place is beautiful and the few people I met along the way have been friendly and great examples of what you would want for a neighbor. Wish me luck!

Horrible place to live. Besides problems with rats and cleaning conditions getting worse it is very noisy and surroundings are not good. Common areas are embarrassingly dirty. Rather use my money and spend it somewhere else.

The Bixby has a great location, wonderful views, and really great amenities. But, the truth is that you can find those things in many different apartment complexes. What makes the Bixby awesome is the staff. I loved living at the Bixby. The staff was always extremely friendly and accommodating to me and my needs. The trains were a bit loud but you get used to that and it never disturbed my sleep. Generally, the neighbors were good, the noise blocking is mediocre, the doors being the worst - if someone was coming down the hallway you heard every step. But overall, I’d live here again. I only left because I had to leave the state, if I hadn’t, I’d still be living there happily.

No hot water at 6:30 am everyday day. My luxury apartment has a laundry unit that doesn’t let the bathroom door close, and all my appliances in my new luxury apartment have manufacturers tags that say 1989 on them. Oh... and the AC in the building is one unit for the whole building and it takes a week to turn on. They don’t begin to turn it on until June 15. I usually don’t have AC until after July 4. They leave that out of the presentation, too. I’m telling you the truth.

The Bixby is an amazing place to live and the staff is first class. I have had an amazing here and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to live and enjoys the proximity of downtown. Thanks Bixby for making me love, coming home!

If I could give this place a zero I absolutely would. Maria had helped us move in professionally and she was very helpful. Moved in the place was poorly taken care of but the maintenance guy was quick to come repair. I had a handful of issue regarding my vehicle in which staff didn’t care to partake in. Someone hit my car and Lauren was very rude about and didn’t want to go further into details. The parking is horrible the people are not mindful. If you ask for the video tapes from an accident to your car I can assure you they will not help you in anyway and lie and say you don’t have cameras. Apparently everyone else can park like inconsiderate children but when it comes to you, you may park on the side when you pay 50$ a vehicle or you may park all the way down the street by the train station and walk to your home as stated by our leasing manager.For almost 2 grand a month, not worth the apartment or appliances that come with.. Oh , mind you mice living rent free! If you love rodents sleeping with you cozying up, this may just be the place for you! Otherwise keep your search on.

Unprofessional property manager who was not respectful towards me especially when I had concerns. Purposely withheld information to make my move out day a nightmare. Shoddy work. Dirty grounds outside, and the elevator always breaks down. Overcharged me for staying an extra week by $500, unwilling to negotiate. Mean neighbors who are downright verbally abusive, and physically abusive to animals. Management does not have any control over the building, which breaks any lease but refused to hear my concerns. Contacted Community Action and they looked over my paperwork and recommend I pursue legal action against the property, as they are known to dupe people in the community. Do not move in here this place is poorly run and it is dark energy. I am very happy to have left such a terrible property .
