I had to cancel on one of my clients due to feeling under the weather and she came here instead to get her braids removed. While the salon owner herself was an angel and extremely kind to my client, her hair stylist was the complete opposite. Not only was she rude, she was extremely aggressive & rough on my clients hair. We have been working for the past year on growing her hair out and this hairstylist had no regard whatsoever for the health of her hair. My client is NOT tender headed yet she left the salon with her head throbbing & sore to the touch even hours after leaving. All from a REMOVAL, not even an install. The hairstylist didn't even bother introducing herself so I cant even call her out, but for safe measure I'd avoid this salon all together if the owner herself isn't servicing you. Hopefully she'll see this and know who I'm speaking about and fire her.

Accepted me as a walk in right away. I was in a rush to find someone last minute because I’m going on vacation to Florida. the weather Is too hot to have my hair down. I’m Puerto Rican and I have 3B hair. All the women in the shop were welcoming and took their time with my hair. The pricing was also very affordable. Usually I don’t have good experiences in salons here in Haverhill, but this went so well. I love my braids, they’re very long, and I’ve gotten so many compliments. Definitely my new braiding spot and would recommend. Now my hair is vacation ready!! ?⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Services: Box Braids

The quality of work done here does not match the pricing at all. I have been to multiple local hair salons and they have done much more stylish looks for much cheaper. They are charging luxury prices for basic twists and braids which seem to me like they will fall out in a little over a week. Save your money and time.Service: Hairstyling

I asked for knotless got regular braids I know the texture of my hair and others have done knotless braids for me , they did not say they didn’t know how to do knotless and just did whatever. There are bumps and hairs sticking out of most strands of my braids .$250 is what I pay for quality braids . Personally think it was too expensive won’t be going back .Service: Braids

I had to wait a little while for my stylist to arrive. Also very expensive for a sew-in. Other than that, my stylist did a terrific job on my sew-in and she was extremely friendly to me. Will go again...

i'd give 0 stars if i could. i wanted highlights and she the stylist (tembi) said she'd call back the same day, i never got a call so i called her the next day. she picked up yawing and sighing as if i did something to her. she then told me i can come that day to only take 30 mins before the appointment just to cancel and reschedule the next day. the next day comes and i was 15 mins late where she knew i'd be coming in late because i texted her prior to letting her know. she read my message the same time i sent to just to text me 30 mins later and let me know she didn't have much time. i arrive at the salon with the lights off and the door locked. she stood me up! very unprofessional and in disgusted by the lack of care she has. the salon is dirty and i saw roaches crawling on the window inside.

This was the WORST experience I've ever had. I had a 3:30 appointment that was booked 3 weeks in advance. Show up and they tell me to come back in an hour and a half. I come back, with my toddler, and they tell me another 30. they proceed to tell me we can go next door to get her a snack and come back. When I returned the receptionist left and the woman doing hair acted like I never had an appointment and would not do my hair because her 5 PM was there....yet my appointment was at 3:30 PM! This was going on 3 hours of waiting and she never took me to do my hair. DO NOT GO HERE. TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!!
