I went to Simards from Broco Oil and I'm glad that I made the switch. The people in the office are really nice, and the guy who delivers my oil is very patient with my Great Dane barking at him in the window lol! Tell him thank you, the big guy is harmless all bark no bite.

Extremely quick response. Easy to work with, always picks up phone, no sitting on phone with different departments. Just simple oil order, the delivery guy is super nice and patient. Wish more people had oil so I could refer these guys. Thanks Again,

I have been using Simard for just about a year now and have had nothing but good reliable service. Everyone is so kind, they are always super quick filling up and it is always easy to call up and set up my next fill. They take cash, check, and card.

Just moved into our new home and wasn't aware how low the propane tank was. I called Simard this AM and they had someone out by the afternoon and they actually could've done it sooner but were able to accommodate our work schedule. Two brothers showed up and did a quick pressure test of the line while one of their sons was in route with the big truck. After I was filled they came inside to purge light my fixtures. Truly a family business that I would highly recommend
