My car broke down on the side of the road in Haverhill. AAA towed my car to Ray's. I met Steve at the front desk. I had never been there before. He was amazing, so nice and he was able to order a part on Friday, delivered on Monday, and I had my car back on Monday afternoon. Thank you for making a bad experience so much better!!
