The people that work there are fabulous, and they always seem to have just what I need for my dog. I always get wonderful service.

The staff are very helpful and courteous. We have our nails dogs nails done once a month and there very careful with him.

The web site is not user friendly and impossible to use when in the store. Corporate needs to get their act together and fix this.
