Had a great experience here working with Jeff and Mei while recovering from a dislocated kneecap! I was surprised at how quickly I saw improvement. Once my sessions were complete, they set me up with a clear, structured, and easy-to-follow at home plan that doesn’t take too much time from my week, so I can maintain the progress I made. I finished maybe a month or two ago but the results have still stuck with me!

This is my second time at ProPT for an ACL and meniscus surgery recovery, and the therapists are amazing as they were for my first surgery two years ago! Jeff and Ian always keep the exercises challenging and new, and will get you stronger than you were before! Highly recommend!!

Brought my Service Animal in with me today, and Jeff, who's a grown man and should know better, engaged with my dog twice, completely distracting my SD from doing her job. Shame on you, your team, especially working with clients with disabilities should be aware of the proper etiquette and procedures when a client brings in a SD, not to mention the fact that I had previously made them aware that she may come in with me at some point and explaining said proper etiquette to the team!I respectfully removed myself and my SD out the door and left immediately before things might of got out of hand!

Been there for a few months at this point and I can see why my doctor spoke so jiggly of them. They take great care of you and they're just great people. I don't have anything bad to say.

From the receptionist, to the PT staff, everyone is great. I was pleased and surprised how the staff is interested and ask you on how your outside events are going and that they are genuinely interested in you as a patient. The therapy really works!
