Writing this review not due to their performance but as far as their drivers go terrible on the way home truck driver did not stop on the stop sign proceeded to go and I almost hit him please teach your drivers how to drive

If I could give no starts, I would. The product I ordered was sent without a vital part that was specifically discussed for several minutes with the service representative when being ordered, and the item number with the part included was the only one given. My order was witnessed by my contractor and other workers. When the product arrived without the part I immediately called, expecting that this was a simple oversight. Instead I was amazed to be told that the part had never been discussed! I had not expected an out and out lie, and still find it difficult to understand. Both my contractor and I emailed and wrote letters to Harold E. Rose, the president of the company requesting that this error be addressed. I did not receive even the courtesy of a response. I will never do business with this company again, and strongly suggest all other buyers to beware.
