No hand sanitation stations, no soap in the bathroom, people walk around with no shoes on, bathroom hardly ever clean, gym floor hardly gets cleaned, staff run at bare minimum. It's dirty and nasty, and the clients are terrible.

Nice, clean place. Employees who work there are very nice people and very polite. They're always available for questions and always have good answers.

Last couple of weeks it seems they turned the temp up. Very warm in there. Need better air flow in the 2 smaller workout rooms.

The hours during the week are a bit difficult to get in a full workout before work. But the weekend hours are impossible only being open 7am to 7pm does not work for a lot of people. I used to switch gymsbetween haverhill and salem nh depending on the day because salem was still open 24/7 but further away, but now that has the same hours. I understand covid happened and planet fitness did what they had to but this is three years later and they still haven't returned to the terms we agreed to in the contract that I signed. I also understand that each store is owned independently because that's the answer I got last year asking when it would go back to normal or at least earlier hours on the weekends. Just disappointing that they've returned to peak customer numbers from pre pandemic but have not returned to pre pandemic hours. Clearly corporate realized they didn't have to and don't care about people who work more often, which when I used to work there typically started around 4am in 2019. I'd just appreciate weekend hours to be adjusted then it would be a bit more fair. And according to many reddit forums that I found alot of other people feel the same way.

I love this gym. I just signed up and have gone a few times. It's very clean. The women's locker room is spotless! Plenty of equipment to use and such a variety of people makes it very comfortable for everyone. I love that the tanning section is private. Friendly staff.
