Called just before 4pm today and asked about getting someone to get into my car because I was locked out. Dispatch said they'd call back and let me know if someone could swing by, they never called back. Just a quick unlock job not even far away. Thanks, could've at least called back to tell me to F off.

Just watched one of your guys walk out of the weed store getting weed in haverhill, and almost hit someone going out the wrong way marked “Do not enter” stupid tow guys thinking they’re above the law.

I called OneTen when my brother broke down and was in need of a tow. Since I needed to check in with him I said I'd call back but after some back and forth my brother was able to get help from a friend who was still in town. Even though it's the holiday season and I know they must be busy, One Ten called me back when I hadn't returned the call just to make sure we were all set. I really appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism!

Good people. Was driving a truck with a trailer bed on it as a favor, and the trailer fell right off in the middle of an intersection. A worker from the company was driving by off the clock and stopped to help. He called his boss, and got them to come down within like 10 minutes with 4 guys, pick the trailer up, put it back on the truck all for only 400$. Took probably 3 hours at 6 at night. I didn't want to drive this thing with one of the legs snapped on the trailer, so the worker even drove it back to the hospital where it was at. The owner of the truck is in the hospital and the company did this just because they were good people.After paying the employees after hours, I'm sure the owner didn't make a dime. Might have even lost a little bit of money. They were more worried about getting it out of the road so that the city doesn't tow it and charge us a ton of money. Great company.

Driver was courteous and careful and on time. When I called, a real person actually answered the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
