“Purchased a small meyer lemon tree as a gift in Sept. While picking the tree, the employees provided me with sincere help in a friendly manner, especially Carol. After the purchase however, the tree began going downhill within a few weeks (most likely due to our own brown thumb). I called and spoke with Maureen who again provided me with impeccable customer service. I brought the lemon tree back and upon inspection, she confirmed it would likely not come back to life. Maureen was nice enough to provide a replacement tree to bring home. Without her and the friendly staff at Nunan's, we would not have a healthy lemon tree to enjoy for years to come. We also bought our fall pumpkins here and they were perfect as well. 10/10 would recommend Nunan's to anyone in the area.”
“We went to King's to purchase a Lilac Tree. Quentin showed us many varieties and sizes. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant. We ended up getting 3 Lilacs and a Dogwood.
It's now over a year later and all 4 trees are doing fabulously. King's really has such a better product than the other places. Yes, it is not a fancy retail location, but when you need trees and shrubs this is the place to go.”

“We arrived later in the day only to find out they were all but sold out, but the staff was incredibly nice and was able to help us find a Christmas tree among the few remaining. First class service!”
“I ordered our patio furniture from Freshwater Farms and could not be happier with the service we received. I placed a special order via phone with Emma who kept me updated on the status regularly. I needed the furniture for a party and Emma made sure we got it just in time. They assembled and delivered the day it came in. 10/10 recommend!”
“I just used HD’s Rental Center for the first time this weekend. There was only one gentlemen working the counter so I had a little bit of a wait before I got my aerator. But, he acknowledged and apologized for the wait. He was also kind enough to help me load and offload the aerator and even let me borrow a strap for the ride home.
The aerator worked great. I brought the tool back a few hours early so my total was less than I expected.
Overall this was a great experience! My only advice would be to budget a few extra minutes in case there’s a line.”

He was on top of the problem, resolved it and even volunteered to go pick up and deliver my order himself. He showed what Customer Service should be all about. Need more like him.”

“My husband and I needed a landscape design for the front of our new home but we had no idea how to begin or where to start. Matt took a look at a picture of our landscape and helped us pick out each tree/ shrub. He was with us for over an hour helping us pick and choose what plants worked best for our landscape and even drew us a rough sketch to show our landscaper where we should plant each tree/ shrub. Definitely recommend if you are looking for one-to-one assistance and have no idea how to start your garden/ landscape.”
