They misquoted me over the phone and potentially damaged my transmission. The mechanic aggressively drove my car towards the bay, reversed, then shifted to drive while the car was still traveling backwards. This can easily damage transmissions, especially CVT.
The person behind the counter didn't know how to enter my daig in the computer. Had to call after the car was put on the lift with the surprise charge.
Overall, I will never be visiting or recommending this location ever again

Called due to car not turning on fully and a stem leak from a previous job that was done at the shop which I found out about once I went to Subaru.
Got a call after inspection that the battery needed to be replaced. Spoke to AutoZone about warranty on battery and they said they would replace once the old one was brought back. Due to not being able to drive there, Monroe worker said they could go there and informed them that they would have to give me a call or have AutoZone call for confirmation on customer allowing swap. Got a call from Monroe worker stating they were denied and already headed back to shop. AutoZone team drove new battery to Monroe.
Called 4 hours later to see if the car was ready and they stated the car had been ready for some time. Came to pick it up and worker handed me keys, got into car and glove compartment was on the floor. Went inside to let them know I don’t know how to put it back together and if they could fix the issue which they did.
Next morning when I was leaving my home and noticed the back two tires did not have valve caps for tires where the air would be put in/out. Called and they said I can come by to get them.
Worker told me that the person that worked on my car stated I didn’t have any on there when I dropped off the car. This was a lie. I have been putting in air into the front driver tire due to the stem leaking air. When I do this, I check all tires. I had been filling tires every week for a full 6 months, if not more. There was no way I dropped off the car without the caps on the tires.
Overall, just a frustrating situation and a lot of back and forth. I loved the old staff there as they were personable, reliable, and honest about the work… always made me feel comfortable going to get my work done. I even had both my roommates get work done at the shop.
It is hard finding a reliable place and now I am in the search again. Quite unfortunate.

Got an oil change but they didn't rotate my tires. Or even change my engine air filter and cabin air filter. Because when I look at my receipt, the information of my vehicle isn't accurate at all.

Warranted left outer tie rod (part was free) was replaced and car aligned for reasonable price on weekend. Staff answered all questions, work done correctly without any issues.
