I was having car trouble and pulled in told the woman I had help coming and she told me she would have me towed because there is no parking car at this station. I was polite but the woman was rude right away .I jad to limp my car next door to dunks.

They said that their restrooms are for customers only. Not only that, they charge 40 cents a gallon more than nearby stations. Not very accommodating.

Stopped there on motorcycle. Had to eat outside at 34 degree Celsius and no bathrooms. Go anywhere else

No restroom and bad attitude. Would give 0 stars if possible.bad attitude, badly spoken language . This is the gentleman, the owner treated me badly I said I’m going to report you. He said “ I don’t care, police can’t do anything this is my property. I’m the owner, not the police “ …. And he was right . I called the police and police said “ Unfortunately we can’t do anything against him because he owns the property “. Even though he used improper language..Unbelievable but true. Don’t stop at this gas station for any emergencies won’t help .

The manager of this station blocked in our car and yelled insults at us simply for parking in a space he wanted while we tried to care for a car sick toddler. His son then paced behind our car with a hood on to intimidate us into moving. I told him I would move our car over while my wife took our daughter into the bathroom to clean up. Inside the store he began to bang on the door and yell at my wife to get out of the bathroom. When she was finished he was outside the door waiting for my wife and daughter yelling that bathrooms were for his customers only. She felt threatened so that she and our 4 year old daughter ran from him out to our car. He followed them out of the store and approached me at our car and told us to get off of his property. This escalated quickly over absolutely nothing. It was unprovoked and scary. The parking space in question was unmarked. It was not marked as a loading zone, employee parking or a reserved space. We never ended up getting gas from them and have since reported it.
It is scary that there are so many other reviews like this. I am shocked that Mobil let's them use their name with this reputation.

If I could give zero star I would. Bought gas and beer then did not allow us to use the restroom. Been on the road all day and had a seven year old that had to pee.

If i could give you negative reviews i would. We didnt see the little flange over the gas pump and hit it with the door. The owner comes over and lies and says theres no diesel my friend back it up go else where. Clearly there was. We are here to help you guys get power back on and thats how you treat us.

Do not stop here. Attendant wouldn't let me use the restroom even though we were buying gas because he wanted to close (1/2 hr early). Based on other reviews, sounds like they regularly do this and lie about restrooms not working. Terrible customer service. Will never stop here again.

The staff was great the owner was absolutely rude an not willing to help a professional driver when he was in a time of need whether or not it was designed for a semi he shut the pump off and the excuse was cuz he can
