“Had blood drawn due to my pcp request. I was able to schedule my appt. Online and received text message alerts. I checked in on my phone when I got there and my name was on the monitor in the waiting room. There were 3 people ahead of me and I was taken in at the exact time I was scheduled for. The tech that drew my blood was professional and personable. She asked which arm I preferred and I didn’t even feel a pinch. Have your pcp fax a request form to them prior to your appt. This will save time. Great experience for something that is not very fun to do.”
