The care provided by this Bradford Animal Hospital is truly exceptional. Dr. Maxmen is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and deeply compassionate. He always takes the time to thoroughly explain each aspect of care and treatment, ensuring that all questions are thoughtfully answered. Because of Dr. Maxmen's expertise and the extraordinary specialists they choose to collaborate with, I truly believe they saved my dog Maggie's life. The entire staff, from the front desk to the technicians, is attentive, friendly, and clearly dedicated to ensuring both pets and their owners feel comfortable and supported. They put my very nervous little girl at ease, which speaks volumes! Their professionalism is evident in every interaction, and they go above and beyond to provide personalized, attentive care. This practice has consistently delivered outstanding service, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking the best for their pets.
Thank you all so very much for taking such good care of my little Maggie and making her feel so comfortable...I sometimes worry that she won't want to leave when I come to pick her up!

**WARNING** If you have large breed dogs DO NOT use this facility! PLEASE bring your beloved dogs ANYWHERE ELSE, as they will be EXTREMELY MISTREATED!! The entire staff is terrified of large breed dogs. Upon entering the waiting area, the woman to the left announces to the waiting room that they have Rottweilers coming in causing others to become afraid for their pets safety. This occurred every single visit! One of my dogs (6 years old) likes to talk, which is a common thing for Rottweilers, anyone who knows the breed and is educated knows they growl. Before establishing care, I told them about her constant talking, it's what she does. This facility is not educated enough to understand differing breeds, especially the Veterinarian, Emily English. She constantly demands muzzling, and removing the dog from the exam room away from the owner, consistently stating it's for their safety. Emily English is not educated enough to care properly for a large breed dog, especially a Rottweiler as just from the sight of a large dog she is terrified. Just because the dog is large breed, does not mean anyone is unsafe!!! This last visit was my very last straw with them. They muzzled my dog and brought her to a back room for FOURTY MINUTES to examine a puffy eye with discharge and a left ear infection. IT DOES NOT TAKE FOURTY MINUTES TO EXAMINE THIS ISSUE, I should know, as my dog has suffered ear infections, yeast build up and eye issues since birth! I demanded they bring me my dog THREE TIMES! This is completely unacceptable. I suspect they may have sedated my dog without my authorization as she was extremely lethargic for the remainder of the day, which is very abnormal. When we walked in, my dog was not limping, but when we left, she was limping badly! I do not know what they did to her back there for 40 minutes. DO NOT LET THEM TAKE YOUR DOG OUT OF YOUR SIGHT!! They also failed to provide me with an itemized receipt at the time of payment. At the end of this visit, I asked for our records. The woman who sits to the right side said I'd have them end of day, that was a blatant lie. Mid-way through the following day they emailed my records, and let me tell you, they were 100% altered. They made it seem that my dogs had serious behavioral, temperament issues and plain old vicious. Prior to establishing care at this awful place, we went to Andover Animal Hospital. Not once in the many years of being a client at Andover Animal Hospital did they ever recommend a muzzle, nor ever did they remove my dogs from the exam room for any exam. The only reason for the switch was cost, the increase was too expensive, however, our dogs got the very best care by extremely educated staff. Never once in the many years announcing the type of dog coming in, never separating our dogs from others in the waiting area, and NEVER mistreating our dogs like Bradford Animal Hospital. Luckily, we have many years of records from Andover which are truthful and prove my dogs are very well behaved.

We took Duke in today for suspected botfly. I contacted them and sent in a video to make sure. They called me back immediately and gave me space within the hour even without being an established patient. He did indeed have a botfly. The procedure was quick and easy, and he was so calm because of how nice they were with him!! Thank you to his vet Dr. Goulart and the front staff who helped me get him in asap

This one of the best run Vet hospitals I’ve had the pleasure bringing my dog Cody to. The staff and all the Dr’s are so compassionate and really go over everything with you about your pet. I can’t say enough praise for the entire crew. Love them

We recently switched from a larger local vet. We couldn't be more happy with this decision. Every staff member is kind and knowledgeable and the Docs are fantastic.

First visit today for my maltipoo after going to another vet for 2 years for care and grooming. Service and caring can’t even be compared. I was listened to, given options, and not treated like a number. Highly recommend.

We LOVE Dr Maxman and his entire staff. They have taken great care of our 9 month old Boston Terruer, Finnegan. They are welcoming, friendly, highly professional and treat every owner and animal as if we “special”.
