NO ONE GO HERE !!!! This place is the worst! If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my Toyota for mainence that I bought 3 months ago at Toyota in Danvers, I went into Toyota alone with no husband with me. I went in the guy said you need an alignment ok and tire rotation ok. I get a call when I get home waiting for the call saying I need also new brake pads and brakes I told him no do not do it. I get to the office to pay and explained I just bought the car three months ago there’s no way he said that they could’ve sold you the car where the brakes just passed and you look like your heavy on the brake. Why because I am a woman? He kept guilting me into doing the brakes today for 1,400 explained twice that I need to take it to my mechanic I regularly go to. He said that it was very dangerous of me to wait and that any minute my brakes wouldn’t work scaring me into doing this I again said no. I told him I will take it to my mechanic my dad who lives in Florida came home to change my brakes and tells me that my brakes are brand new. THIS PLACE IS TRYING TO ROB YOU !!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE ALONE AS A WOMAN AS THE GUYS HERE WILL TRY AND ROB YOUR MONEY!!!! THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING I AM EXTREMELY OFFENDED!!!!! I will never return and I will be telling everyone of my experience I hope you go out of bussiness. I highly recommend Toyota in Danvers as my experience with them was the best.

Very polite and helpful service center. They have been my Toyota dealer for over 5 years and can’t say enough good things about them! They are very truthful and up front if you need work they explain clearly and get the job done .

I recently leased a 2025 Camry at Jaffarian Toyota and had a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and provided a low pressure atmosphere that I felt comfortable working with. I found my salesperson Jose to be very helpful, he listened well to understand what I was looking for and made it happen. The finance team was also great and went out of their way to get things turned around quick for us. Could not recommend coming to them for a toyota vehicle more, it’s where you want to go. Ask for Jose, he will hook you up!

Easily one of the best dealerships in the Haverhill area. Staff is super nice and welcoming, very personable as well. Alfredo helped me purchase my truck, and working with him changed my view of dealerships and how they all work. Love this place, and would recommend it to anybody looking for a vehicle

We were looking to help my daughter get a quality used car. Reseach pointed us to the Toyota Rav4. This was the first time buying a Toyota, so it was important to find a dealership we were comfortable with.
We were greeted warmly by the staff, and met our sales associate, Alfredo. He was attentive, professional, and fun to work with. Being our first time at Jaffarian, I was still skeptical. Maybe we were just lucky getting Alfredo.
We then were introduced to Narek in the financing department. He made the whole process enjoyable, and made sure we were taken care of.
We also met Jose in sales. Another warm, friendly guy....and we found out it was his birthday.
After meeting all the peole we met during the buying process, I am no longer skeptical. Jaffarian hires great people and has a culture of customer service.
We couldn't be happier to have met Alfredo, Narek and Jose. Thank you all so much for such a great car-buying experience!
We'll definitely be back!!

This past week, I bought my RAV4 at Jaffarian. The process was super painless, and stress free. My salesman, Alfredo, was patient, understanding, and truly understood what we were looking for. I brought my daughter with me, and he was very good in having her feel included in the decision making too! Alfredo made sure to show me all the features of the vehicle, how everything ran, and checked in once I had the vehicle to make sure I didn’t have any further concerns. He did such a great job! He also made sure that I felt safe with this decision as it is my first car in ten years, and for a mom, that it was the best decision for my daughter to be safe in too! Narek in sales did a great job with making sure we understood all the details of the car, all the different packages etc. that process went very smooth, with a lot of laughs. Both these gentlemen could not have treated us any better. We are so thankful for all they did for us! Alfredo also treated my daughter to a piece of candy, which is an A+ in our book ❤️

I recently visited Jaffarian with my relative to support her in purchasing a new car. I was skeptical as I had no prior car knowledge and she didn’t speak English well. We were helped by Alfredo Martinez who was amazing! Not only did he walk us through all the features, he spoke Spanish and made my aunt feel safe in her purchase!
