The owner is a great person. Doesn't take advantage of his customers and is amazing. My whole family goes to him. Deff recommend this place if your having trouble with your vehicle or just need a new sticker or oil change.

I live 4 hours away from where my car broke down and this is where it got towed to. Although my car was a worst case scenario they looked at it within an incredibly reasonable time frame and kept me in the loop with everything and even went beyond what I expected in trying to help me find a way to save my car. I chose against fixing it (never liked Kia anyway) but I truly am grateful for the advice and kindness they gave to me. If I ever break down in Massachusetts again I would definitely go here!

5 stars is not enough for this amazing business. The guys there are committed to great service and are so courteous to the needs of their costumers. Jordan went above and beyond for me. He explained what he needed to do in order to fix my car, how long it would take and an estimate of what it would cost. If you’re looking for honest and knowledgeable mechanics, this is the place to go ! J&N Automotive is the kind of shop that reminds you why it’s so important to support local businesses. They helped me out when I was in a jam and I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend this shop for all of your vehicles needs !

I haven’t picked up my car yet, but from what I experienced dropping it off unexpectedly (after a quick phone call) and Jordan’s willingness to help me so quickly I’m already impressed. I drive a 30 year old vehicle so things are bound to happen randomly. He took my car quickly to work on ignition issue & I just can’t thank him enough especially when I know he’s already slammed. Good, old school mechanics are hard to find and this is a great shop! Definitely recommend ?
