“Just when you think customer service is nonexistent and a thing of the past, I made a visit to the local Verizon store in Andover mass, I was met at the door by the manager, holding it open for me, asking me how we could help displaying a smile and professionalism.

“I called PCMax and talked to Kevin and he let me know that he felt he could fix the problem with my laptop. I brought it in on Thursday afternoon and I picked it up Friday afternoon and everything was running great. He let me know up front what the cost would be. He then called me Friday morning to let me know it was ready. The price was reasonable and didn’t change from the original estimate. It was obvious that Kevin is highly knowledgeable and I would recommend him to all my friends.”
