God-Awful experience. Donna Richards completely botched my taxes and was awful about it. I ended up having another agent finish them up and they still didn’t get filed. Now I owe more than $2K in penalties.
Simply the worst experience I have ever had with a “professional” service.
And just try and find some customer service to help sort anything out.
Non existent.

The tax accountant was very friendly and knowledgeable gave me a great refund I recommend H&R Block to anyone who needs a tax done in a timely friendly manner in done correctly without any stress.

Last year 290 this year 415 to get my taxes done. I have the simplest return possible. Got charged fees that don't even apply to me. Bunch of crooks will never return

This is the worst branch I’ve ever dealt with. If your tax preparer does something wrong with your taxes, don’t expect them to help you resolve the issue. They were more worried about making it on time for lunch than they were to help me with my issue. I now have to deal with these issues on my own with the IRS because of ZERO help from anyone. What is the point of the 100% accuracy policy if your taxes are not going to be done correctly. I will never be returning to any H&R BLOCK again.

This is the 2nd year in a row I had issues with H&R Block. I will never be back!I made an appointment to SIT DOWN with an accountant and go over the return with them. I made it very clear that I had questions because it was my first year filing as a corporation!! They assigned me to an accountant who admitted he did not know how to file for a business and that I would have to drop off my stuff for another person to do it. I left work early for this appointment and I reluctantly agreed to drop off my stuff even though I wanted to sit do it with them. After I had already left and gotten home I got a phone call saying they “couldn’t help me” and I’d have to call another location. They couldn’t have told me this over the phone in the beginning when I made the appointment? What a waste of time!!
