Same experience as everyone here. Made a reservation online, went to pick it up. Said they called me to let me know they don't have any cars but I didn't get any calls (only a text confirming my reservation) Emailed customer service and they have no record of any cancellation on their end. Will repeat the same message as other customers. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE

Similarly to everyone else in the reviews, I had a horrible experience here with the so called branch manager Joshua. One of the most disrespectful customer service workers I have ever encountered. Had us waiting more than two hours for a car and refused to take accountability for his mistakes. On top of everything else, he claimed to be unable to cancel our reservation and sent us away with an 800 number. He was also giving out uncleaned cars to customers. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!

Just called to wonder why I was being charged 50$ from an insurance replacement confirmation email they sent me. The guy couldn’t tell me why and hung up on my face on top of that, very unprofessional ..

Yesterday was the 2nd time at this location, refused rental, as my company name was on visa card and not my own. Simple run of the card would of printed my name for their needs. Employee claims to be manager in charge, however the way he dismissed me ,was unbelievable

The cars have problems, and they take it to be resolved and send you to spend the day, to the mechanic associated with the company... apart from that, you have to leave the car after two hours and pay lyft

"Dashawn" yea hes NOT a good person .. very unprofessional.. worried too much about his commission.. on the other hand " josh " should be the district manager.. he works effortlessly to make sure everyone is happy unlike .. cough cough dashawn or however you spell it needs to be fired / immediately.

If you want to avoid frustration, stay away from this place. They screw up my plans. I made a reservation for a car, on the day to pick up the car I called in the morning they told me that the car would be ready at the pick up time. Then I proceeded to cancel an another reservation I had at enterprise. One hour before the pickup time the branch manager called me and told me that they don't my car without offer me an alternative. I went to the branch anyway because I needed a car the same branch manager "joshua" told me that they don't have a car for me and he can't help me withan attitude. And 3 days later they they charge me a $75. Which they can't remove and they give me a 800 number. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

After picking up the first car we went up the street to the store and noticed that it would not lock. There was damage noted on the rental contract but it wasn't noted that the locking mechanism would not engage. We called the store and they told us to bring it back and they would swap it out, which they did. The paperwork said the gas was full and it was not. We are being charged for two rentals and not one. The store told us to call the 1800 number and blamed it on tolls. We filled it up to 100% and when returned it was noted that it was at 80% and even though we were already at more than we got it they still charged us the difference which I had to call to ask about. During our pick up the store manager and employees were telling my spouse and I how their corporate office allowed them to breathe co2 from a cracked heat exchange in their furnace unit that hasn't been serviced in "years". They reported feeling dizzy and sick and no one would " help " them until one day they came in and had no heat. According to the employees this happened for a few winters prior to the heat not working this year in 2023. This has been an all around nightmare.
