Always came here for my inspection and decided to get my brakes done as well. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and best prices. Owner is honest and respectful with your time. You should get your car serviced here and invite everyone else.

Excellent service thru the years regardless of whether going for an inspection or having work done on my cars. Have had numerous brake jobs done, most recent rotted oil pan replaced as well as other jobs done. Pricing is always very reasonable/ fair and work has always been done correctly.One time checking an engine code light and found the cat converter was issue. Before changing it, called to ask if cat was new so I was able to take back to where recently changed and get it replaced with correct cat for no charge under other shops warranty. At same time Eli charged nothing for his diagnosis and time. Very honest and fair! Has never tried to upswell unnecessarily!I have sent others here who have also told me they have experienced the same. I can’t ask for more or better.Update, recently brought 04 Odyssey with 272k for noise I thought was coming from left. Eli and company found it was just the outer right wheel bearing. He ordered part and was able to do it when convenient for me at a very reasonable price. Van is now as quiet and smooth driving as any new van. I was greatful he didn’t just say let’s change inner and outer on both sides thus saving me money. At some point they will need replacement perhaps but that is true of everything on every vehicle. Again, can’t ask for better. Awesome job!Services: General repairs & maintenance

I came to this shop to get a diagnosis on my car, and when I walked in the owner I believe named Eli was extremely rude and passive aggressive towards me and claimed that I cannot just walk in and assume they can immediately work on my car. I completely understand and was willing to leave my car there or come back another day until it was able to be fixed, but he immediately made me feel uncomfortable. I asked for advice on whether or not It was safe to be driving my car based on what I was telling him that I was having trouble with. He again said that he couldn't tell me until he looked at it (again understandable) and that I need to move my car from his lot for other customers as if I wasn't a customer myself. I will NEVER as a female, minor, and car owner be coming back. Owner is hostile and rude and this is not the first time I've had this issue with him! I only left one star for the kind man in the back who came over and offered advice. He advised me to take it easy on my car and not drive it long distances, which was very useful because it ended up being a faulty throttle.

Had my car towed to Haverhill Auto because my alternator went. Eli was very nice and honest, was able to fix the issue and gave me some insight on what most likely caused the problem. Definitely recommend.

I would never bring my car there ever!! I stopped and asked the guy who worked there for air , offered to pay , I had a totally flat tire with all air machines broken in the area, had my baby in the car he was basically like good luck , terribly bad customer service
