The owner is terrific with a lot of experience in all makes of appliances due to his many years in his business and his pricing is very reasonable. We have used his services for multiple appliance problems over the past 35 years in our Haverhill home. I called a day before and said our gas stove was not heating up and he came over the very next day and fixed the problem! I have used him in the past many times and I HIGHLY recommend Greg since we have always been very satisfied with his expertise and his motivation to fix the problem correctly the first time!

Had an appointment window for them to look at our refrigerator between 8am and 12. Sat at the house all morning waiting and then got an email at 11:22 stating the appointment was canceled. Wasn't given a reason, wasn't called to request a reschedule, nothing. My husband and I spent a week leaving voice-mails requesting a callback to reschedule and couldn't even get a call back. We had to finally call whirlpool directly to file a report and have a different and more reliable technician come look at our appliance.

We have used Greg's business's service once for our washer and they kept it going a few more years.When it finally was too old and worn out we bought a new washer from them and they installed it, and removed the old washer at a very fair price.We as well had Greg come to look at our old microwave, and we all decided it was not worth attempting to repair, then Greg personally came and installed our new microwave which we purchased from him at a great price and he took away the old broken unit.We have been extremely happy with the services and products with this company.

I don't think ANOTHER bad review will really make much a difference, but Greg, the Owner of this "company" is very condescending, rude and luckily I rent an apartment that uses this company so I didn't have to pay for it because I wouldn't of paid for this service. First of all, he doesn't he bother wiping his feet when I have a door mat right at the door. I will attach pictures of the mess this guy made on my floor. I work from home and I originally told my landlord they could come anytime before 11:30 or after 1:30. My landlord calls me back saying they will come after 1:30. Great... Or so I thought. He shows up at 11:30 and I explained to him that I already received a call back from landlord confirming you would be here at 1:30. He basically laughed and said "well I'm here now" as if I'm supposed to now rearrange my schedule around him. So I went in the other room and tried to continue the Skype meeting I was on and then he starts yelling to get my attention. I explained to him the problem with my stove is INTERMITTEN. Most the time it wont light unless you take a flame to it, such as a match or a lighter. He got it to work when he was here and not even 20 minutes later I go boil some water to make myself a tea, same issue. I explained this to him, he couldn't care less. I told him I didn't appreciate the mess he made of my floor, nor his wise a** remarks. He left my house "threatening to never come back" Buddy.. Don't threaten me with a good time... You will never be allowed in ever again. My father is a business owner. He would never in a million years treat his customers like this.
