I’ve had to go there twice because the CVS at Target was closed and they were more than helpful. They transferred my RX’s and I was out the door in 15mins.

A very difficult pharmacy to work with. I always call ahead of time to make sure my medications are ready, they are never ready even when they tell me they are. They are on back order on meds frequently, sometimes I have to wait weeks without medication. The staff is very nice but have no sense of urgency. If you can manage to go to a different pharmacy, I highly suggest you do.

I wish there is a option to give zero to this pharmacy clerk ( white lady in short red hair). Very rude when asked if there is an earlier appointment available for vaccine since we are in the area an hour early. We noticed that her demeanor was different with white customers. Definitely not going to this place again. CVS on Hempstead rd, Salem has the best pharmacy staff!!

This is an excellent pharmacy. I’m treated with respect every time I come here. Some times there’s a line but it usually moves quickly. I have no idea what other reviewers are talking about with regards to staff being rude or disrespectful. I’ve been going here for years and have never had a bad experience.
