Terrible service I bring my car to get fixed we make a verbal agreement that they’ll fix while I pay slowly. They pick the car up and then after a couple weeks they want to leave my car outside in a lot that I’ve never used to basically dispose of my car. Will never come here again. Haverhill needs better shops that actually keep their word. Also I had a different car there before for a change of alternator they charged us and then the same alternator they changed went in two days. This business is a scam. I would’ve gave them 0 stars but I can’t.

I mean my cars been fine both times its been here, but they dug through my car both times. THATS 2 TIMES! My center console had tape on it because its needs to be fixed, they removed the tape! FOR WHAT REASON!?!?!?!?!?!

*DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE A YOUNG FEMALE WITH LITTLE KNOWLEDGE IN CARS*I recently brought my vehicle here after my check engine light came on before needing my inspection sticker renewed. When I dropped it off it needed new tires, brakes and additional work after all was said and done my vehicle was "fixed" and ready to be picked up. Around $2600 later I picked up my vehicle with my check engine light STILL on and now my side view mirror sensors were going off like crazy without anything there. I also got all 4 tires replaced. When I called them to express my concerns they said told me they didnt do an alignment on my car after replacing ALL FOUR tires because they didnt have the machine in their shop... So basically they weren't going to provide the service even though they charged me for it. When I brought it back I was told my sensors might be going crazy because my car battery was about 5 years old.. my car is not even 5 years old. Despite everything I just wanted my car fixed so replaced the battery for another $200. When I picked up my car again the woman proceeded to tell me she FORGOT to tell me something could be wrong with my transmission, almost $3,000 later. Please do yourself a favor and do not support these people and the sketchy establishment that will rob you blind.

Called to check price on a timing belt kit. The only mechanic I've called in the area that first says they don't warranty the work. I'm not giving someone my hard earned money for them not to warranty their work. Out of their d*** minds.

Bradford Towing and repair has got to be the best garage I have ever taken my car too, to be repaired. The man JR Baril fixed my car and it rides like it's a brand new car and it's a 2008. I love the secretary/ownerMylissa, she knows what she's talking about when it comes to cars also along with her son and her husband, she is so friendly and has a very pleasant people personality. I would never take my car to any other garage except to Bradford towing prices are reasonable, it's a family-run business very friendly great atmosphere. Never bringing my car anywhere else. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, they always take the time to explain what is wrong with my car and they call with the price before completing the work. They are trustworthy, have really fair pricing and are so pleasant to work with. Best car repair experience I’ve ever had.
