Great atmosphere! Been coming here for over 1 year. Sean is very knowledgeable and tailors workouts at your personal level. It's a stress free gym where you can work out at your own pace with structure and guidance every step of the way. Strongly recommended!!

I’m so glad to have found an amazing supportive environment. Being at Booms I now have goals for myself. I love walking in and seeing everyone consistently working hard with a smile. Great place to be. I would most definitely recommend to all.
