I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service I have received during my recent visits.
On three separate occasions, I have verified the availability of specific items online before driving to the store, only to find that the items are placed on the top shelf and there are no staff members available to assist in bringing them down. During my most recent visit, despite explaining that I had driven 30 minutes specifically for this purpose, I was told to come back the next day as there were no available staff to help me.
This recurring issue has caused significant inconvenience and wasted my time and effort. I would appreciate it if you ensure that such issues do not occur in the future.

Bought a BJ’s card today, made it about 10 minutes before I left my cart where it was and went and returned my card lol. I have never left a store faster….. There vegetables were all bad, the meat was all within a day of expiring and there were flys all over the meat section…. The deli lady got beyond upset with me because I wanted her to slice fresh cheese for me instead of me getting the pre sliced, the employees all looked like they were half out of it. I don’t think I’ll ever have a funnier experience at a grocery store, I’m glad I was stoned.

Good when buying in bulk and also find some types of foods that I don't normally see in the normal grocery store. Have an idea of the prices though, not everything is better price

If you can store the bulk products and do math before purchase, ( calculate cost per case or weight ), you can find great bargains

I just left who ever they have as a girl at the front customer service desk was very nasty to my family and my kids she embrassed in front of everyone I made my line waited and was looking for a reason why the coupons were not being clipped the items were valid she said she was not going to help me because there was another person and she is not doing that so was she discrimating I will be filing a claim against bjs I made a purchase pay me membership made my line and I was not treated fair. I will be looking for justice treat everyone the same and take time to resolve 609 pm was the time she had braids like dreadlocks she needs to be firedddddd you should never talk to someone I never was treated like that in my entire life !

My time at BJ's was a huge letdown, all thanks to an AT&T rep who started off friendly and making a great sounding offer-if I switched to them. While politely trying to walk away from them, I said their has to be a catch to get a reply back “no catch” if their was a catch BJ’s would not allow us to sell in the store! Well that statement was wrong. Even after my hesitation the AT&T representative was super pushy and against my better judgement I ended up reluctantly hearing them out. I asked multiple times if I can change my mind and he said yes anytime within 30 days. So I left the store very uneasy about my choice but knew (well according to the representative) I had 30 days to cancel if I changed my mind. I decided I wanted to stay with my current provider and so I went back to BJ's a few times to find the kiosk empty and no AT&T representatives to talk to. I then remember them saying you can go to a store if I needed help. Well it turns out, the promised 30-day return policy is a joke and is a complete lie. Trying to get any help or any correct consistent information is non-existent. One AT&T store told me I had to go back to the Kiosk at BJ’s, another store told me to call customer service. Now I'm stuck with these phones they are saying I can't return, and I am feeling forced into a service I do NOT want. Shame on you Bj's for allowing your customers to feel bullied by representatives from a company when all i wanted to do was renew my membership.

Ordered tires off of the BJs website. It's been three weeks, I've been told three seperate times that they "don't have the tires and I don't know how you bought them". Clown show.
