This review is for the Tire Center. They have been great every time by taking my car right in and and have done a better job so far than TownFair and Mavis who destroyed my rotors taking off tires and scam people. Shout out to Oliver at the tire center who has been very professional and excellent customer service!

This review is just for the lunch meat counter. The bearded young guy who works the deli around 2p on Mondays coughed on the lunch meat while it was on the scale. Yep, he didn't turn away or cover his mouth! I asked him, "Did you cough on the lunch meat?!" In a dim-witted tone he replied, "Yeah, sorry."I walked away and told the Club Manager who said, she'll have a talk with him. But who knows what other lunch meats he has contaminated.Needless to I won't be buying lunch meat there anymore, disgusting! Just so you know.I've been a BJ's customer since 2008.

Elisybeth front end parter very kind to listen to the order issue and triaging it her manager. Chris the manager went out of the way to resolve an error. With the order debacle he went out of his and time to help collect all the items back into the order that was lost. Thank you for your time and understanding to provide a resolution.

I have purchased multiple sets of tires from this BJ's. Prices are really good and their location is convenient for me. I just had new tires put on my car 3 days ago, there were 3 workers at the tire center and they were all a pleasure to deal with.

Terrible service and advice. Don’t Go there at all costs. Old guy at the front counter swears and takes his frustration out on customers.

We went to instal our tires, 2 kids and 1 old guy working in this department. Our experience never ever buy again tires in this place . The old guy does not have any idea os how work with people , swearing pressure the other two young employees . Customer service is negative zero, BJs need to re training or fired this guy. Super bad experience and most concern the way he treat others.

I have to agree with the above reviewer. The one old guy who works there is terrible. He is a long term employee because I've had negative experiences with him in the past. Very unwilling to help or answer questions. Openly hostile to BJs members. This reflects negatively on BJs as a company, makes members feel bad, and drives business away... Based on my my experience with this guy I left feeling like why am I paying for a yearly membership to a company whose employees treat their members so poorly? Bought my tires and had them installed at another local company. Thanks BJs!

2nd year in a row I've ordered a cake 5 days in advance only to show up and 1 the cake hasn't even been started on and 2 what I was promised could be done to it couldnt..then to watch customer after customer come to pick up order and be told ohh it's gonna be another 15 mins, mind you I was told the same thing and have now been waiting and hr... very disappointing

Coupon book just came out today, headed over to grab some (5 or 6) Adirondack chairs and there was only 2 left? Bummer good spot to grab our butter, paper towels, toilet paper, and a soresto collar for the dog!
