Five stars just doesn't cut it, my friends! I worked in the car business for over 30 years, so the thought of shopping at one, as a single woman, had little to no appeal. When I met Tim, I knew immediately that he was a good man. I was treated with respect and I felt cared for. We had a few laughs, which always makes me happy. Tim's a people person, and I felt he cared more about me than about the sale. The sales manager, Doug, was very professional, courteous and kind. The business manager, Jennifer, was ridiculously efficient and very entertaining. My entire experience at AutoFair Subaru was truly as good as it gets. I am sick in love with my new Forester, and I'm just so happy with my new friends at the dealership. I plan to drop by to say hello, to take my bud Tim out for a nice lunch, and to tell everyone I know what a FABULOUS place I discovered at AutoFair Subaru. DO NOT SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE. And ask for Tim Dang!! And tell 'em Annie sent you!

Mikey at Auto Fair wins at all things car sales. Super thorough. Excellent customer service. Brought the car right to the town hall for me signed in and out in 10 minutes. This guy's a pro. I would rather fling myself off a bridge than buy a car from anyone else.

I just bought a 2022 used Subaru BRZ from these people today and I thought the whole sales process was very friendly and fair. I worked with Alex Rodriguez and he was super. Adonis Gonzalez also met with me and helped me to close the deal. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this Dealer.

Had an awesome experience here with Angel as my salesperson! He made the whole car buying experience feel easy, and smooth. I had to wait for the car of my choice to be shipped to the dealership which took a couple of weeks. Every step of the way Angel would update me and let me know where it was! He is so friendly & I highly recommend you asking for him. He is very knowledgable about Subarus, and had wonderful conversations with me & my boyfriend. I've never had so much fun giving someone a lot of money, haha! The rest of the team (leadership, finance, service) were also very attentive & supportive. I am extremely happy with my purchase & my experience with Angel & the team. Thank you so much!
ETA: Since my purchase here, my boyfriend and his mom have also purchased cars here through Angel + Mikey. Still, could not have received better care or service! So impressed with this dealership + will never ever ever buy a car anywhere else but here! Autofair Subaru Family for life!

I recently had work done on my Crosstrek at this dealer . The customer service I received from Kayla in the service department was incredible. She is a huge asset to the company . I will definitely be purchasing future cars from them because of the service received.

The staff is always helpful and informative. I always bring my Subaru here for repairs. Knowing I can make an appointment that day,, or the next is amazing- I wouldn’t be able to do that anywhere else. I can get in and out with great service, and I know it’ll be done right.
