Had a great experience at Haverhill Ford....I'd been looking for a certain truck for a few months and came across Haverhill Ford while searching online. I live in CT but happened to be in New Hampshire on vacation when I found the truck. I called and they assured me it was still on the lot. I took a drive down (1 hour ride) and upon arrival I was great by Manny Gomez...They had the truck ready knowing I was coming in. Quick conversation and we were off for a test drive. Back at the showroom, Manny and I sat and reviewed some numbers. We were quickly able to reach an agreement. I purchased the truck. I was a little concerned on how the process would work being from out of state. Manny any walked me through everything. Transaction was seamless. Manny personally drove the truck to the DMV here is CT where I met him and we finalized the registration. I couldn't be happier with the truck and the experience....
I'd definitely consider them again in the future if I'm in the market for a new car/truck....Any by the way their inventory of trucks and bronco's was very impressive....

Service representatives were outstanding but the tech left a mess . Didn't clean surface that transmission oil was on. Got home parked my truck and had to clean the mess myself .

My experience buying my new Bronco went ok. They definitely were not organized on paperwork, weeks after buying the car had to overnight me forms that weren’t signed, which was their error, they had us sign the incorrect form at first. Sales and management were attentive. There were a few small scratches that they told me to just call and let them know when I could come back and they would take care of it. I’ve had my car for about 3 months, have tried calling, texting and emailing about the scratch and a few other questions. Not one call, email or text back. So much for we treat our customers the same even after the sale.

Autofair was able to take my Explorer in for warranty work quickly while other Ford dealers couldn’t see me for 2-4 weeks! I had a great experience with everyone I spoke to and worked with.

We stopped in looking for a vehicle to seat more than 5 people. Took the new explorer ST for a test drive. I gave them my expectations and it just didn’t work out, so I left. I don’t waste my time if they won’t budge so we moved on to another dealership and bought a new Expedition because they listened to me and met my expectations.
HOWEVER, on our way out of Autofair, the manager says to my husband very derogatory, “you just wanted to test drive it”! What?? Who says that!?! Please….we went and spent a lot more than that small Explorer!
