If i could give 0 stars i would. I am 71 years old female. . Today i went to the Haverhill Aubachon Hardware store to purchase 2 quarts of paint and a brush and painting tape . I received my items after a little wait … it was placed in a very thin paper bag. Like a bag you would put A sandwich in … very thin. I left the store with the carriage. .. at this point i wish i had just picked it up off the counter , I wheeled it out and put the bag in my car .. while walking into my house the bag bottom broke open and two quarts of paint splashed all over er my driveway my clothes and shoes. , I calmly took the bag and the receipt back to the store immediately. The manager was called and asked what happened and i told him. No sorry ma’am nothing. . he instructs the same employee who bagged the items to replace them .. made a comment about paint on his new counters and said he was graciously replacing my items as it was both out fault . I said it was not my fault that the paint opened and fell through the bag as it was flimsy . He got angry and stomped off and said i was being unappreciative as i stood there covered in paint clothes shoes hands etc and a huge mess on my driveway ! I said you never even said you were sorry st which time he started yelling that of course he did … this is the worst customer service ever . I am making a claim tomorrow with corporate lets see how they handle it. Thankfully i have photos of all of it

Quick order online and it was ready within 30 minutes for pickup, sent my son to pickup and he said he was in and out. Quick and efficient!

Staff is always attentive and courteous. I ordered on line and did curbside pickup. My order was filled quickly and when I arrived a kindly, we'll mannered gentleman delivered my order. Very pleased with the whole experience

In the process of restoring my 18th century barn with new cedar shakes I knew I had to go see Tom at Aubuchon in Haverhill for advice and stain samples. Tom is incredibly knowledgeable about all the different applications and products but he’s also willing to go above and beyond. He went as far as transferring product from other store’s out of state and even picking some of it up himself after work to make sure I had it in time for my project.I would recommend anyone with a paint or stain project go see Tom at Aubuchon in Haverhill, you wont be disappointed.

I always go here instead of the box stores. One of the only places I can just walk right to the register look at the guy and say I'm looking for one of these and he will know exactly what it is and where it is in the store right away and point me right to it.

Randy helped me out with a scrap piece of plexiglass I needed for a project. They are always helpful and aim high to service customers. I always go here first prior to the big orange store!

picked up an online order a couple weeks ago.. then today saw myself posted on facebook looking to be identified for a shoplifting…shoplifting of my own order. glad i caught it early enough to have it taken down. absolutely disgusting behavior. obviously these people aren’t competent enough to own an establishment. if this can happen to me here it can happen to you. taking my business elsewhere.

Beware of online purchases, the manager might file a false police report for shoplifting when you go pick it up. The police blasted social media with a picture of my son & his girlfriend as wanted for a suspected shoplifting. This goes beyond incompetence and is absolutely GROSS NEGLIGENCE!
