I have had leases the last 12 years but recently bought a car so I had to find a new mechanic. I checked out Advanced Auto Repair because I live in Haverhill and they've been in business for 25 plus years. Mike had the best pricing around. I brought my car in for him to check out. He told me what he thought I needed for my brake replacement. They did it the same day. Super fast. Great service. He even fixed part of my exhaust that had a leak in it for free. I'll definitely be going back here and can't recommend it more to anyone that needs service done on their car.Service: Brakes

I had an A+ experience when I ran into car trouble today on my morning commute. I dropped by Advanced Auto Repair for the first time and Mike was knowledgeable and helpful. He set me up with a temporary solution until I can return in a few days for him to perform the repair I need on my van. I'm relieved I'll have my car to use this weekend and will definitely be back. Happy to have found this repair shop.

I really liked it. They were kind and honest. They made me feel comfortable.I thought it was the CV joint. He could have charged me a lot. I had it towed to his place.It was the lug nuts. He has me as a future customer.I dont do well with auto repair and cars in general. I have a lot of anxiety and have been ripped off a bit.His kindness and honesty definitely should be noted. This place is wonderful. They do great work and the owner is a very nice man and very knowledgeable. He put a rear end on my car and his prices are very reasonable. I had trouble with my tire and he told me to come in one hour. I would recommend him to everyone.

This guy is in need of therapy. I've been going to him for years and he has an occasional melt down. I overlooked them. Other day he lost his mind and had a psychotic fit of anger because I brought back my car for a bad wiper motor he installed the day before. Beware of this guy. He's in need of therapy!
