I went to the Haverhill AAA office without an appointment and not really prepared to renew my registration. The woman who waited on me (Lori) couldn’t have been nicer! She walked me through the whole process. What a pleasant experience. Thank you Lori!

On December 26, I went to AAA Haverhill to renew my license, for which an eye exam was required. I was lucky that it was very quiet that day and tha tis why I chose December 26 to do business. I wish I knew the names of the two women who assisted me because their service was OUTSTANDING. One processed my paperwork and the other did my eye test. They were both models of efficiency and they truly knew what they were doing. Thank you for making my life a little easier at a busy time of year!

Hard to find. I didn't know that they moved into a strip mall location. Renewing my license was quick and easy.

Quick and easy, no issues whatsoever. Make sure you have an appointment and proper paperwork just like the RMV and you’re good to go.

I am a AAA member for long time and never been disappointed with any services. They are absolutely awesome. I visited Oct. 23.2023 for RMV Registration Transfer Service. Front Desk (Lori?) and RMV transaction specialist (Jennel?) were very friendly and courteous. The transaction was very completed very smoothly and right on scheduled time. THANK YOU for the GREAT service. My apology if I spell the names wrong.
