The Harwich UPS Store is impressively well-run, and the team is not only friendly but also exceptionally fast, plus they utilize cutting-edge technology. Returning Amazon items is a breeze here, thanks to the staff's helpful assistance or the option to use their efficient self-service return scanner, avoiding the long lines found at other locations. Their notary service adds to the convenience – no appointment needed, making notarizing documents a breeze. Highly recommend!

The staff in the UPS store is not a great and nice. The young man doesn’t tell me What I can do? I never use this store again for return. This staff have to change it.

The woman working there knowingly had me post my parcels incorrectly. Instead of being helpful, she had me print the labels for all parcels at once, only telling me after the fact that there was no way to know which label went with which parcel. I asked if she could reprint and she just said No and walked away. I am not sure why someone would act like this, since it would have been no additional effort on her part to help me.

This place is terrible. There were three people working yesterday, one women and two men. All three were incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I went in to get our Will signed, which I made an appointment for. They charge 10$ PER NOTARY STAMP. It’s a INK STAMP. The three of them looked so annoyed (especially the woman) and are so unhelpful. Would never go back. It’s complete robbery, esp for people who also look so miserable.

I always bring my really challenging shipping jobs here, to this UPS Store in Harwich. I frequently ship fragile and valuable items, and I want the assurance that they will be delivered in one piece. Another UPS location in Hyannis is a bit closer, but the young ladies there seem to believe that the insurance makes it acceptable to do a poor job of packing. My customers don't buy months-long insurance claims from me. I want my concerns about safe delivery to be shared and addressed, rather than rudely and casually dismissed. I brought a large set of extremely valuable Wedgwood there yesterday. The gentleman on duty was courteous and professional, and I knew that I was leaving all of those dishes in responsible, caring hands.

Thank you to the UPS store in Harwich for getting our three packages to their destinations quickly and safely. Two boxes contained fragile and irreplaceable items. They arrived at their destinations unscathed and expertly packed. I was so afraid grandma’s heirlooms would arrive shattered but UPS Harwich proved me wrong. Their staff was very polite and helpful. Thank you again.

I don’t normally post reviews but my experience with the young man this morning left me very frustrated. Let me say I’ve had good service in the past with other staff here. This young man right off the bat did not have a pleasant demeanor. I was carrying a package that needed a label. He motioned to put it on the scale so I stated I just needed to print a label first. He then pointed to the computer. I asked for help in doing this as I am not familiar with Microsoft. He then rolled his eyes and did a tsk tsk. I then asked him if he was having a bad day and he responded with “no and don’t take out whatever’s going on with you on me”. I then stated I was only looking for help. He asked if I use Mac Pro and I said yes. He then asked me with a look of disdain on his face and a sarcastic tone if I knew what an email was. With that I walked away from him and called out to a woman in the back if she could help me. She was very pleasant. He went to the back of the store as I’m sure to complain to a fellow coworker. They were both laughing. I have 3 children ages 26 to 34 and if I ever caught them speaking to someone the way this young man did to me with such an impatient attitude and rudeness I would be very disappointed. I ran a store at one time and I can tell you if he worked for me he would have been told to collect his things and leave!

I can't recommend Carlos M. Gosselin enough!I went into to mail some sentimental items to my home in MA in October 2021. My father had just passed a week prior. Carlos was so kind, thoughtful , patient, and helpful in packing up my items. Unfortunately, my shipments arrived in broken boxes and were damaged. As you can imagine, I was upset so I reached out to Carlos. He contacted corporate for me and spent the next 5 months working on getting me refund checks . His persistence, professionalism, and kindness are appreciated. I had no idea that this kind of customer service still existed. I am very grateful for his hard work. Thank you!

They were able to send a fax for me. The fax machine is not very fast; but it works. It cost almost $5 to have one page copied and 4 pages faxed.
