The younger man at this store was very unhelpful when I came in to return a complicated Amazon series of packages (I ordered 5 sets of the same brand sheets at the same time that all were delivered separately for some reason and then had to be returned with separate labels) He was not willing to help in any way as I was sorting through which went to which. When I gave him a set of twin sheets and gave him the twin label he looked at me and asked which ones. I showed him and he said he had no way of knowing which ones they were because the others were next to them. I pointed out that it said twin right on the package and he said he doesn’t read. I asked him if he meant he won’t read and he said yes, “I’m not going to read that”. Very poor customer service.

I was there at 8am on a Wednesday April 17th and no one was there. The woman finally showed up at 8:16 am.
So unprofessional, especially when the open time of 8am is posted in the window. But she was very polite.

Extremely rude woman at the counter starts problems for no reason. Please fire her. She also lied to me about the Amazon return process as varified by Amazon. Told me I could only return the item in its original package which was a disposable poly bag or that I'd have to buy one of their special Amazon return bags. She said i should have carefully cut the bag and saved it for the return. Older woman with dark, long hair. I will take my business elsewhere until she is gone. I've never had a problem at this store before.

This is the third time I’ve gone into this store and once again had the most unpleasant experience with customer service from an older woman I assume manages the place. This woman had such a bad attitude that I cold almost smell it. Made things as difficult as she could while enjoying every minute of her little power trip.
Today while I was there a young man was trying to help me and I watched the woman I’m speaking of deal with two female customers. She was polite and quite normal with them leaving me to come to the conclusion that she is one of these women that hate men.She interjected her unpleasant self into my dealings with the young man making sure my transaction wasn’t going to work. This poor young man was afraid of her. I’ve been on this planet a long time and I’ve seen this before.
While this tired hag did manage to inconvenience me ,I went elsewhere and got my shipping chore completed with no problem. This poor thing is going to wake up tomorrow still stuck in her hateful little mind. I wouldn’t want to be her. Pathetic little woman.
I will never step foot in The UPS Store again. It’s on my life is too short list

The Harwich UPS Store is impressively well-run, and the team is not only friendly but also exceptionally fast, plus they utilize cutting-edge technology. Returning Amazon items is a breeze here, thanks to the staff's helpful assistance or the option to use their efficient self-service return scanner, avoiding the long lines found at other locations. Their notary service adds to the convenience – no appointment needed, making notarizing documents a breeze. Highly recommend!

The staff in the UPS store is not a great and nice. The young man doesn’t tell me What I can do? I never use this store again for return. This staff have to change it.

The woman working there knowingly had me post my parcels incorrectly. Instead of being helpful, she had me print the labels for all parcels at once, only telling me after the fact that there was no way to know which label went with which parcel. I asked if she could reprint and she just said No and walked away. I am not sure why someone would act like this, since it would have been no additional effort on her part to help me.

This place is terrible. There were three people working yesterday, one women and two men. All three were incredibly rude and unwelcoming. I went in to get our Will signed, which I made an appointment for. They charge 10$ PER NOTARY STAMP. It’s a INK STAMP. The three of them looked so annoyed (especially the woman) and are so unhelpful. Would never go back. It’s complete robbery, esp for people who also look so miserable.
