I shopped at Talbots with my mother today and not one sales associate offered to help my mother at all. She was in the store for 20 minutes looking for serval things she’s seen in the catalog. 3 sales associates were assisting another customer try on one item that she’d already tried on. Not one person helped me look for different sizes in skirts. This is not what my mother is used to based on her 2 local Talbots in Connecticut. The cashier was pleasant and efficient and personable and displayed friendly hospitality/ customer service.The signage for the dressing room is confusing. I’m not sure how going in a dressing room would cause someone to not practice social distancing

Not a lot of inventory so far as my size goes last time I was there was a couple of months ago I had called the office to complain about an unpleasant experience I had with one of the associates she was there today and had the same attitude today I asked if she had a certain jeans in stock she was very short with me and said no we don't... The folks that work in the Hyannis Talbot's are much much friendlier than this one Management needs to take a close look at what's going on over there very disappointing clothes on inexpensive You pay a fair amount of money for the clothing in that store.

The store has recently reopened after being closed because of the pandemic. Just popped in here To return a couple of items purchased online and staff was very helpful, very friendly, and very accommodating. I phoned about other merchandise when I got home and they didn't have it, but put me in touch with a store that did. A+ from me! Thanks, Talbots.

I agree with reviewer, Suzanne, the majority of employees at this Talbots are both unfriendly and unhelpful. There was a time when Talbots sales people greeted customers, helped you find what you were looking for and offered to open a dressing room for you. I haven't had that kind of experience at the Harwich, MA Talbots, in years.

This is my favorite Talbots store! The ladies that work there are always so warm, they often call me by name as they welcome me in! The location is easy to find, plenty of parking and the best selection. I always bring my family when they come to visit and three generations are all able to find things we love.
