We absolutely love the wide plank hickory-pecan floors. It is a stunning look that makes the home perfect. We saw the vision; Stonewood Products made it a reality.

During our renovation, our contractor recommended getting flooring from Stonewood and it's been a year since installation. It has help up wonderfully and looks fantastic. There were no issues or delays getting the product.

good luck getting in touch with anyone...and if you do don't expect any level of professionalism...everyone is too busy doing other things to focus on what is in front of them. should have read the rest of these reviews before I called. management clearly isn't interested in hearing about this kinda stuff or doing anything about it as long as the lights are still on i guess.

I hesitate to even give them one star . As I write this, I am paying 8k to redo my floors. I purchased flooring from Stonewood, the brand they highlighted ( hard sell is more accurate ) to me was Sawyer Mason . I was told it was prefinished and nothing more was needed . With in 60 days I noticed that no matter what I did , the floors would never come clean . the dirt was literally ingrained. I do not have a high traffic houehold . Nefore this problem was apparent, I also bought stone for a patio and an outside shower . all told I paid at least $20,000. I went back to Stonewood with the problem . It was then I was told that I was told that I need to purchase a special cleaner (40$ per bottle) and I was supposed to buff in a wax coating . absolutely none of this was relayed to me by the saleswoman. She and and her manager came to my house and admitted it looked terrible . The owner refused to do anything . I unknowingly void the warranty by not using the products. the company has poorly trainEd salespeople but worse is that DO NOT stand behind their products . Stonewood is not an ethical company .They only care about your money not the customer . I would strongly discourage anyone from shopping there . I understand I was not the only person to complain and they no longer carry this brand

I purchased a product that came in a 5 gallon bucket. I tried to return the product unopened/unused and was told that Stonewood did not accept returns on bagged products. First of all the product did not come in a bag it came in a bucket! I was also not told at the time of purchase that the product was not returnable. After stating that I wasn't told that the product was not returnable, the sales clerk told me that the return policy is printed on the invoice. That's fine but you don't get the invoice until after you've purchased the product! I've been buying products from Stonewood Products since I moved to the Cape. Unfortunately they have lost me as a customer.

I purchased a granite slab on a Saturday & paid for delivery. Told them I could receive any day but the following Thursday. They told me it should be Monday or Tuesday. Called Tuesday afternoon to be told it was scheduled for Thursday. Rescheduled to the following Monday. Called Monday afternoon, and told first order on truck for Tuesday. End of day Tuesday I called to be told it was scheduled for Thursday. Had a trip scheduled with flight on Wednesday afternoon. Called to cancel, they told me there was a restocking fee for something I did not receive. They took my CC info to refund only they did not refund and delivered a couple hundred pound slab in my driveway for me to deal with when I returned from my trip. It was not even the step I purchased. AVOID THIS AWEFUL COMPANY. Not sure what happened as they use to be great. I will never purchase anything from them again. Scams and lies are how they do business!!!

SCAM COMPANY. I ordered and paid for a firepit April 6th. A month later i was told they were waiting for smokeless rings. Weeks later they said they have rings. Today is June 29th. I was emailed a few weeks ago and told they dont have the stones and would I accept another color. I repled yes. I inquired last week if my order was shipped. Their reply was "you haven't got it yet?" I was promised it would ship tomorrow. That was last week. All calls go to voice-mail and corporate calls only go to the accounting department. Done get scammed like I did.

We ordered and paid for our firepit April 6th. Today is June 29th. They have not even shipped our order. The first month was "waiting for the insert" I was later told they are out of the stone i ordered and would I take another color. My last email to them was "we thought we shipped it to you" i was promised it would ship out tomorrow. That was a week ago and now they dont reply to my emails or calls. Total scam. Dont buy from them

The worst experience in my home building. I was promised a 4-6 week delivery window, as the project is time sensitive and I know there are supply chain issues. I followed up in week 3 and was told we were on track. Wrote for updates through week 6 and week 7 and they couldn't even give me ballpark timing. Then they told me I was "third in line" and they didn't know when they'd get the product to ship my order. In week 7 they finally told me three more weeks to ship. I had to send many emails which were not responded to and call to talk with over four 'managers'. I get it if your manufacturer drops the ball, but then COMMUNICATE with your client. Now they are unresponsive as I try to get my 7K deposit back and scramble to get another floor. A lot of headache and expense on my end that could have been avoided with basic communication.
