I can usually find 80 - 90% of what I need. I find I can't go in any grocery store and get everything on my list though.

Cape Cod grocery store, prices aren't the best but as good as any other supermarket on the Cape. Update 2024: Prices are definitely higher than of Cape and stocking and item availability is spotty.
