DON’T GO HERE! Sam is so Rude and dosn’t respect women. Sold me a “new tire” which turned out to be used and went flat in a month. Stole stuff from inside car. Charged me thousands of dollars cause foolish me didn’t get an estimate on a list of things I needed. Didn’t complete jobs either!
Had to bring it back for finishing things not done and was charged an additional $500!!!!
No wonder he was able to open a second shop! He steals peoples money and doesn’t do the work. There are plenty of other honest mechanics here on the cape. BE WARNED!!

I brought my car to sams auto in Harwich MA on 4/26/2024 I orginally brought my car in cause my front end felt very squishy and I also had a mysterious clunking noise and knew that it didnt feel right and that It needed to be looked at and it needed to be fixed and on this date they ended up doing a diagnostic on my vehicle found out that both of my struts and sway bar links were bad and they needed to be replaced sam ended up replacing everything for a total cost in repairs of $1,150 at this point I took off with my car and the clunking noise was still there I brought it back into him cause the same problem was there and it was very concerning I then brought my car in to get the valve seal gaskets needed to be replaced so I called and made an appointment for Sams auto to replace the valve seal gaskets on my car and now as of 6/24/2024 I had to bring my car into the chevy dealership cause we have been experiencing problems that has not only caused my abs light to come on but it also caused my traction control light to come on as well as my esc light with the check engine light that is when I found out on 6/24/2024 that I have had an active misfire going on with my car so as the owner of the car I asked the chevy dealership if having my valve seal gaskets replaced would have anything to deal with my misfire that is when they have told me that the those seal gaskets WERE NOT REPLACED CORRECTLY and that they needed to be replaced again. These repairs as of today costed me $1,708.22 When I called to confront Sams auto they made me feel like I was dumb and that I did not know what I was talking about and for them to take care of there work that “you had to tow it to them for them to fix it” are you kidding me. I have given you more then one chance to fix your problems and yet you do not even know how to respect your customers and make them feel like they are not right when it comes to your customers having concerns or real complaints I would not recommend bringing your car here I would recommend having your car brought somewhere else to be serviced cause they lack customer service skills in the ability to fix a car correctly

We bring all our family cars to Sam's Automotive Center. They are honest, fairly priced and communicate well. When we bring a car in for repair they give options of repair or replace when they can. Last time they even saved the broken part to show me why it needed to be replaced.I highly recommend them.

My change oil light came on a day before we were leaving to drive back to FL. I called Sam’s to see if he could fit us in later that day. At first he told me they were booked all day but I could bring it in the next day. When I told him we would be leaving the next morning he told me to bring it in & he’d take care of it. They were busy when I got there but they took me right in. When my car was done I went in to pay Sam & he told me my oil looked very clean and new so he didn’t change it and just topped it off. He also said there was no charge! We tried to give him a nice tip to thank him for his honesty and exceptional service but he refused to take it. Sams Automotive would be my go to mechanic on the cape!Service: Oil change

Sam provided excellent service and really helped me in bind. Visiting from Boston, my car suffered a massive oil leak and I broke down right next to Sam’s late at night. Luckily, Sam was able take my car in the am, evaluate the problem and provide a fix even staying a bit past closing hours on a hot weekend to fix my car.I am so grateful! I also ask a lot of anxious questions about my car and with patience and kindness Sam explained everything.Thank you!

On the Cape for 4th of July ended up with a flat tire... Found Sams on yelp - they were very helpful with giving me a tow trucks number to get my car to them... And were able to save/patch the tire instead of ordering a new one... Very quick service and very honest workers - appreciate it!
