My family has been visiting Harwich Port and shopping at Port-O-Call since my mother was a child decades ago. Today my daughters went with their father to buy souvenirs. My daughters selected a necklace each for themselves, but just after leaving the store my eldest daughter's necklace broke. She was very upset and crying on the front step! The owner came out to see what was the matter, and did everything in her power to make it right - truly going ABOVE AND BEYOND. We have been loyal patrons of Port-O-Call for decades (and three generations), and will be loyal patrons for decades more. The love and kindness that this shop has shown my family helping to select souvenirs, and count out money, and providing perfect unique objects to allow us to cherish the memory of the Cape for years. A definite MUST visit shop in downtown Harwich Port.

I have been coming to Harwich for many years and today I decided to go in this wonderful shop for the very first time. I'm so glad that I did. I found the perfect gifts and customer service was really great!! Can't wait to go back.

I've been coming to Harwich for a long time and had never been in to this store before today but I'm so glad I finally went in. I found the perfect gift for my best friend and the customer service was above and beyond. I can tell they truly care about each one of their customers. I will definitely be back again soon.

I think my mother & sister spent more than 2 hours in Sativa across the street. In that amount of time, i sat down for a meal, & visited nearly a dozen businesses along Main, includkng this shop, with its eclectic mix of gift items & little accents for the home, whether you're after something showcasing your favorite MA sports team, or something straight from the Cape, like a sign or even a switch plate. Jewelry & other items are available too. Parking in the rear!

I can always find what I need for a gift. I live out of state but have family in the area. Friendly, helpful staff. Purchases are always nicely. I am forever going in saying "I need a gift for _______." And I leave with what I need.

Awesome gift shop that's been in the family for years. Owner, Irene is extremely helpful. Her cards are the best. Excellent quality and reasonable prices. I always stock up when I go in there. Best gift shop in Harwich Port. And they even gift wrap!
