This man is a lying weasel. After agreeing to repair my car under an aftermarket warranty, he refused to release it until I paid in full. We came to an agreement that he would file to be paid under the warranty and would return the money I paid. After 3 weeks I stopped by to see why I hadn't heard from him. He acted as if we never had a conversation. And he didn't even fix my problem. If your car breaks down on Cape Cod and Patriot Automotive is your only choice, burn your car and walk. You will be more satisfied. This guy is a real, lying, dirtbag.

Ed was extremely helpful, kind and communicative. Jumped through hoops to get me in on short notice and quick turnaround for brake job pushing his supliers to expedite parts delivery so he could stick to the time he said job would be done. Costs were clearly defined upfront, did not try to upsell calipers when not needed. A refreshingly honest, helpful, hard working business and business owner. Look forward to doing business with this Patriot again.

If your vehicle is making an odd noise or your mechanic says to you; older cars make all kinds of noises (therefore, they are saying , it's you, you are just hearing things) then let them know that the next noise your car will make is a screeching of the tires noise as you burn rubber and drive directly (not directly like that minute, they actually prefer you call first) to Patriot Automotive, where they will give you respect enough to listen to the noise or whatever it is and check it out, which in return will not turn into disaster a week or so later. Your car (truck, SUV, van, etc.) will love them. A+ for Patriot Automotive !!!

the owner had done all the restoration and maintenance work on my 1969 Road Runner since I have owner her. Ed is extremely knowledgable and competent mechanic and only one I trust to take car of my car. great small town shop where a relationship can become a friendship. he's a Mopar guy so if you are fortunate like me to own one you are in good hands. Ford's and Chevy's are welcome too have seen plenty of them at the shop!
