Absolutely AHHHMAZING! We had to rush to Mattress firm to get a mattress in an unexpected urgency. Benjamin was BEYOND helpful and saved our sanity as well as our finances….. as a family of 5 with 3 kids trying to make it on the cape… this expense was not one that was really in the books but they made it happen and were beyond understanding! Forever a customer with us!

Steve was great! I knew what I wanted for a mattress and just wanted to check out the firmness of it. I was going to get a basic adjustable frame for free…Steve offered an upgrade which made my day!!!! The upgrade made me able to use my current frame, head board and foot board while adding a wireless remote for raising the head portion of the new mattress. This will solve my allergy problems better than any pillow! Would buy from Steve again.
