Brought in an item that was brand new and this company returned it to me stained dirty and with a blood stain on it. The manager Joan was so disrespectful, rude, and would not accept the fact that the item she returned was not the one I brought to have cleaned. This was a brand new comforter in the bag it was bought. It was never used, just wanted to bring it in and have it washed to soften the fabric. It came back all discolored and with a blood stain on it. The manager insisted without question it was the same comforter. She further antagonized the situation by absolutely refusing to listen to or accept that the comforter was not the one I brought in to clean. She refuses any compensation for losing the one I left with them. The owner of this place should be ashamed to employ such a despicable individual like her manager Joan. This company DOESN'T CARE about its customers or doing business with integrity, they have a nasty LIAR as a manager. I've lived in this area for 32 years and have, since this ordeal began over a year ago, heard from many local residents about the substandard service they have received and their stories are the same, damaging service, no accountability and a RUDE uncompromising manager who NEVER airs on the side of the customer. She will not admit to error and never accepts the customers complaint as a fault on the company and when something is damaged she will give you excuse after excuse, legitimate or not, but she will never admit to wrong nor will she compensate for your damage items. She's a coward because she won't own up to a mistake. DON'T DO BUSINESS with this company, they're terrible.

Seems like this company destroys a lot of people's possessions--- same here--- brought a brand new all white goose down comforter to this place. They returned to me all brown stained , frayed, and had a blood stained on it---- now this was brand new in the bag. The manager, Joan, insisted it was mine and said all she could was clean it again. She was a RUDE, NASTY, CONDESCENDING, DISREPECTFUL THING ( won't even call her a person). This has been going on for a year and half at least. The company calls me every 4 months and tells me they have my comforter and when I get there they pull out the same stained comforter-- NO ACCOUNTABILITY--- AND THE MANAGER-- all she does is antagonize the situation by offering the same solution, which is her solution. She refuses any compensation what so ever. The owner of this place should be ashamed to employee such a despicable individual. Never in any business I've dealt with, have I been treated with such disrespect. I've lived in this area for 32 years and these people DON'T care about their customers. DON'T do business with these people-- they're thieves and LIARS. Star rating--- 0

Fast and well priced. Great option. I use them for dress shirts, sweaters, and also suits. Adorable dog is often hanging around. Locally owned.

We drove 10 hours for our cousins wedding and in the mist of the chaos with two kids missed that my husbands dress shirt was stained in multiple places. Of course I didn’t notice until I was steaming it hours before the wedding. I called to ask what the likely hood would be if they could clean it for me. I thought it would be a long shot but to my surprise they agreed to do it. It was done within two hours and they even got every stain out. I want to thank them for their kindness, understanding and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of last minute services.

The employees here are rude and get a zero for customer service. I brought pants, blazer, sweater and tie in to be cleaned for Thanksgiving. They were mistagged and given to someone else. They did get them back but three days after their due date. A business that values their clients would comp the small ($26.00) charge. Not these folks. Apparently here the customer is wrong to expect some renumeration when the service is not delivered as promised. I won't be going back here again! Apparently they have so much business customers like me do not matter.Services: Organic dry cleaning

This happened a few years ago. I never complained to the business which is entirely my fault but I sensed I would not get anywhere. Still I feel I should warn people of my experience. I brought a very expensive wool blanket to Jiffy to be dry cleaned. When I picked it up, it was obvious it had been WASHED......not dry cleaned. It was rumbled and had shrunken. In other words, it was destroyed. Case closed.

They charge EXTRA if there's dog hairs. ???? I have lived in NY & MD, never had to pat extra for dog hair. This is Cape Cod........... dog hair ........ will we be charged for sand ? Dog hair .... seriously.

I brought my very expensive suits here to get dry cleaned and they are now ruined. They inside lining of my jacked had a pattern and they must have used too much heat or something because it was completely just grey with no pattern anymore. I have a blue suit and the sleeves are now shinny because they must have pressed it with too much heat or something. I don't know what they did or if it has anything to do with heat but I do know my suits are ruined and I am never going back here. If you have nice things I would strongly suggest never going to this place because they will be ruined.

This is my first and only yelp review because I cannot believe the experience I have just had at this cleaner. This is the worst cleaners I have ever used. I brought a cashmere Theory coat here to have a simple button sewed on. When I received my coat back, the coat had completely shrunk to a size that was unwearable. They denied all responsibility and said it was impossible that they shrunk my coat. They are liars. The owner of this store even laughed at me. Between their lies and condescending attitude i would have given this place 0 stars if I could. I hope this place goes out of business. They deserve it.

Don't go anywhere else. Jiffy was so accommodating. We were in Chatham for my sons wedding and they pressed two jackets for me on Thursday and then pressed my son's shirt on the wedding day while I waited. So friendly. Any bad reviews are BS. Dry cleaners will always have problems, no matter where you go. And people want to complain. So trust me. Trust them. K Aag y
