but all good (or “decent”) things come to an end. Pizza has been consistently good, wings decent, but salads drenched in too much dressing. Service has been decent, but inconsistent depending on who you get. Value, especially for a “pizza and wing” joint, has been the weak point. What has KILLED them going forward for me is the new (unless I missed it previously, which could be as I don’t usually look too closely) 4% credit card fee. I realize some restaurants are starting to do it, but they will lose business as a result. Their menu doesn’t mention this. But the bill then tells you (after the fact) that the menu represents cash prices.I’m a finance guy, and no legit credit card has a 4% processing fee, except Amex which can be close. My business pays less than 3%. Yet tonight I had a $40 gift card offsetting almost half of my (high) bill for 2 pizzas, 1 salad and 2 beers. Yet they still hit me the full 4%, despite my credit card only being used for only half the bill. So effectively an 8% credit card surcharge. There are too many other options on the cape. Ember is now dead to me unless new management takes over, or they smarten up.

Generally a poor experience. Went for a dinner using a daily deal, table wobbled so badly that glasses almost slid off. The whole restaurant was taken over by a large group of extremely loud folks what made it impossible to hear someone across the small table speaking at a yell. Several couples left after hearing the noise when being shown a table. The food was passable at best. Lasagna had hard noodles and unseasoned ground beef. Really hoped for a better experience.

So dog gone good! The pizza was outstanding. They have specialty or build your own pizza. It’s off season still, no wait and lots of fun and great atmosphere. Folks were watching baseball at the bar. Others in the dining room enjoying the company of friends. The wait staff was attentive and really nice. Go. Have fun!

I’ve been here a few times previously (it’s been a while though) ordered spinach & artichoke dip and it’s a bowl of mush. Does not taste good and is basically spinach with water and a few giant chunks of hard artichoke.

Came in from a long drive on a Thursday in the spring. Was getting late and we'd already struck out trying to order pickup at a couple places. But Ember picked up and was ready to help. Got a white pizza, scampi, and some boneless buff. All great and the house blue cheese was terrific with the wings. Real elevated stuff. On the phone they were great about the pickup, made us feel like we could get pulled over but the food would still be there waiting for us. Warm greeting from the manager and a pint from the bar really took the edge off. Watched a few pitches of the Sox game and I was off with a smile. Thanks ?

Love sitting at the bar here. Enjoyed a glass of Frogs Leap wine. A favorite. Meat lovers pizza was great and house salad super fresh.

The atmosphere is the best on all of cape cod and so is the pizza but the staff can be unkind and the wait is long. If you go get a reservation. Also this place is not classic dinning it's more of a party spot.

In the past we have had some memorable meals at Ember but last night was a disappointment!! Boo. The salads were lackluster, too much dressing, the chicken was dry and overcooked, so little love!! Why? The wings were tasty but greasy and not crispy. Boo 2. Then the pizza: the fig and cheese pizza was thinner and drier than the wafer in church. Sad. Used to be so good!!! The Margarita Pizza was a soggy, thin crust with lost slices of tomatoes sitting on top. The cheese was also seemingly divorced from the crust. Like all the ingredients had a fight when they left the kitchen and they weren't talking to each other. The service was friendly but distant. My Chardonnay, in which I should have been able to drown my sorrows over tourist trap food, was not even cold. It was meh. At least the glass was nice. So was the fire outside. But you can't eat either of those.

(Note: I write these reviews in part for my own nationwide business clients, for travel and activity inspiration! I’m a financial planner - CFP®️practitioner - with a focus on retirement wealth strategies, primarily serving business women and LGBTQ individuals. #VirtualPlanningCraftedWithCare)I struggled a little on the review for this one. Mostly because the ambience is 5 stars! They have a gorgeous patio, large fire pit with ample seating and the main dining room has lots of light and a cathedral ceiling. Beautiful. Lots of parking, too. If your goal is mostly to hang out, this is your place. However, this is a restaurant and I feel that food quality and prices come first. Here’s where I was less than thrilled. To start, I had a kale salad. It was absolutely awesome and I should have stopped there. My meal was a BBQ chicken pizza and it was only ok; LOADED with cheese to the point of not having much taste, little chicken, no BBQ flavor and soggy caramelized onions. My hubby had a burger that just looked a greasy mess. Our kid had a pepperoni pizza that looked far better than our meals. It was thin crust and crispy. Only one of us ordered a lemonade, the rest was water, and no dessert, and we still paid $110 with tip.We came off season so the place was considerably quiet. Service was very excellent. In terms of demographics, I did find this place to be inviting to everyone. Kids will do fine here, as well as younger and older adults. Easy to move around if you have extra mobility needs. There’s also a gender neutral and accessible rest room.If you’re a retired LGBTQ couple, you’ll do well here. Just get to know the menu better than I did. One major perk: they offer gluten free pizza crust, and it did not disappoint!Overall, a modern place that would have been awesome in warmer months so we could enjoy the huge outdoor space.

Overpriced in my opinion. You be the judge. Draft beer for 13$, paper thin mini cheese pizza 18$. A 2.80$ merchant processing fee? Pizza was okay. I’ve been before multiple time and it was better (in summer).

Previously one of our favorite spots in the area, the food and service has totally plummeted. Today I ordered a pizza with portobello mushrooms and caramelized (2 toppings total) and the host confirmed and repeated back my order twice on the phone. When I went to pick it up it was totally incorrect; wrong sauce and missing the mushrooms. I asked if they could remake it she said it would take 5 minutes. 13 minutes later the new pizza came out and it was the same thing, missing the mushroom, tons of caramelized mushrooms and as a bonus surprise TONS of crushed garlic (never part of the order). The manager told me just to have the pizza I had one bite and it tasted like I was chewing on garlic so I couldn’t eat it. We’ve always enjoyed coming here and love their patio, but the service is progressively worst every time we’ve come in over the past year.

Exploitation of residents and guests to Cape Cod. $23 for a “large” pizza that was so small it would feed two people only. Shameful and it wasn’t very good either. hostess on the phone said to me this will feed 17 to 18 slices!” HaDon’t waste your time at Ember!
