This shop took care of me! I was in a tough spot, needing to head home and my car needed some quick repair. These guys got me in last minute and did what needed to be done. So grateful to them! Highly recommend.

I had work completed here about a month ago on my vehicle. Everyone is very kind and pleasant to work with. There was excellent communication about the progress made on the vehicle as it was in for service. Fantastic customer service skills. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed the vehicle had got a quick clean done to it, which I was super happy about. Thank you so much for the services you did to my vehicle.

I recently had occasion to utilize Cranberry Collision in Harwich for a body repair to my Toyota Tacoma. When I dropped off the vehicle on a Monday, I was told that it should be ready by the following Friday. On Thursday, I learned that they found additional repairs that were necessary once they began the work and that it would likely not be finished until the following week. Certainly understandable given the additional work however since I needed the vehicle for a trip, I asked if they could be certain to have it completed by Monday at the latest. On Friday, I received a call from Tyler telling that they had completed the work and I could pick up the vehicle. A pleasant surprise indeed. It gets better. Upon my return from my trip, I stopped at the shop as one of my headlights was not working, Tyler immediately dropped what he was doing and tended to my truck. Turns out the bulb was out (still not sure if that was related to the repair) but unfortunately they didn’t have one in stock. In comes David who offered to take one out of his personal truck since it was the same make. I thanked him but said I could wait until they ordered one but he insisted. So in short order I was back on the road with a new working headlight. I can’t say enough about the professional manner of these two individuals and the shop in general. So if you are in need of body work on your vehicle, I would highly recommend Cranberry Collision.

Brought my Mustang in for some aftermarket body work. Was not happy with the result so he offered for me to bring it back and they would try to get it to fit better. Fits much better considering the mod was not inteded for base models. I appreciate the customer service will go back in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Fantastic work. Tacoma side panel replacement done perfectly. Added in the detailing and truck looks unreal and brand spanking new again. Thank you Tyler. I highly recommend these guys.

Cranberry Collision was recommended to us by our neighbor who has gone here for years. We found that Cranberry Collision has gone above and beyond helping us repair a vehicle that another autobody shop scammed us on. We brought our car in for a simple sensor and they alerted us to a ton of damage under the vehicle that was never repaired. They spent their own time lifting the car up for us, taking the bumper off and showing us the damage as well as providing us the part numbers so we could go back to the original autobody that scammed us.

GREAT SERVICE SHOP!! Had my Cadillac repaired after being hit. Cranberry Collision took care of 95% of insurance company and rental hassle for me! Huge help! After the job was completed they detailed the car so it looked absolutely perfect! Will use again at least for the detailing if I can’t seem to damage vehicle again lolService: Painting

Came to cape nearly 2 months ago and new almost nothing about the area. I saw it had decent reviews on google and decided I would take my car here. DO NOT. My sunroof was broken and the bolts fell out of the motor to my sunroof?? They put it back in and they tried quoting me over 1,000 to fix it when all it needed was to be recalibrated. Got my car back and noticed they scuffed my back bumper (black btw so it’s very noticeable) in 2 different areas and got oil or some sort of black stuff ALL OVER my car. They told me they would clean my car for free and I was happy because of everything that had went wrong, so I obliged and had them clean my car but as soon as I got it back, clips were broken trim pieces were snapped in half so I called it quits and never went back. They are dishonest, incompetent and useless. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.Service: Body & Trim

My son had a minor accident while we were on vacation and the rear window was shattered. Cranberry was able to order and install the new window within a day. They were sensitive to my son's embarrassment (new driver, first accident) and handled the situation with both concern and professionalism. I would highly recommend this body shop.

Excellent and professional service! I recently visited this shop to address a leaking windsheild on my classic 1969 Mustang convertible. Classic cars were built very differently than today's and I needed to find a shop with experienced techs. They quickly diagnosed the issue, repaired rust on the windshield frame, and properly sealed all. The techs at Cranberry are very experienced and knowledgeable on both new and classic cars. They did the job right and at a very fair price. THANK YOU!!!
