Posted hours on their door and online say they should have been open until 3. They were closed as of 2:45. This has cost me time and money. Thanks Citizens Bank!

This bank has been so very helpful to me. Getting a mortgage in today's market seems so difficult even with great credit. I have to say that James, (the new branch manager) Danny and Steve all did their best to make it a smooth process. I was impressed with the immediate follow up and personal service I received. They are all friendly and always call me by name. I am a customer for life!

I have had dealings with Nancy every time I go to Citizens Bank recently and over the past year and a half. I have always found her to be patient and supportive to me ! That must ba a challenge in itself because I always have a multitude of questions! perhaps she was having a bad day, everyone has them!

I contacted Citizens E. Harwich branch Saturday, 1/23/16, and wanted two overdraft fees of $35 each totaling $70 refunded to my account. Was told that refunding two fees was not possible and i had to contact the manager on Monday. Basically, by Citizens Bank taking $70 that was not theirs was financial rape to me and i feel that i am not a highly valued client. I contacted Nancy 1/25/16- the branch Manager of the E.Harwich store to refund the fees. I check my balance daily and deposit clients' checks daily, and have never shown any negative balance on my account, according to my account history that they provide via Citizens online banking. Nancy was extremely rude and curt, and obviously Citizens Bank does not want hard working local business owners to have accounts with them. I have three accounts with them, and closing all of them. What they have done to me is financial robbery. They have taken funds from a hard working woman who works very hard for $70 in fees that they took like it was nothing. Please do not conduct financial business with this bank that does not appreciate local business owners.

I am closing my account immediately. Not cashing social security checks for a widowed mom of two should be a crime. Robin at Citizens should have done her homework and checked into my account of 10 years.... before they were the disaster they now call CitizensBank...... WORST BANK EVER!!!
